Managers decide understaffed for the dinner rush is a great idea, and can’t be bothered to be here themselves. Sitting here on a doordash, for 15 minutes now, and they haven’t started the order yet and are prioritizing new incoming orders as opposed to the order I’ve been here for.

I wish I could rate this place a BIG FAT ZERO!!! This is BY FAR the WORST BK I’ve ever visited!!! 10:20 am, only 4 cars in drive up line, & dining room closed… it took 15 minutes to get 4 bacon, egg, & cheese croissants!! And they all were ice cold!! In addition, the egg patty was only about the size of a ketchup packet! My suggestion to the owner is get new managers or close this place down!!!

The staff tonight was horrible. Went through the drive thru specifically asking for a freebie ice drink. When politely corrected while handed a coke drink, the nice cashier reported to his manager I’m assuming and I’ve never heard such a grown woman say “oh my god, no she did not”. Hastings burger king’s likes to turn lights out when costumers pull into the drive through. Open till ten but they shut the lights off as we sat at drive through at 9:38pm. This isn’t even the first time either. If I could give zero I would. Always saying they are short staffed when I can clearly see enough people in the building. I’ve worked at Burger King in recent years and never once have we been allowed to shut the lights off and refuse service when ever we wanted even when we were short staffed. We we certainly weren’t allowed to turn the lights off and pretend we weren’t inside.

The people actually working there get five stars. The company app gets four. Yummy as always, wish there were other bundling options for meals. Customer service was super, even though it was a weekend. Will visit again vice ordering delivery while in area.

Ordered a no. 10 with savory sauce instead of mayo. F$%÷ed that up and decided to not put pickles for zero reason. A second no. 10 for the fiance all he wanted was to add cheese and onions…no beans even though marker was marked with both. Had to ask for ketchup AND napkins! I actually told the guy if he liked having napkins with food. annoying! Don’t mind paying fast food prices when I get what I Order! Definitely a sign of the times. Annoying!
