Would love to give a 0 rating but sadly not an option. Was traveling back home and stopped by to get lunch. I ordered a couple of items and my Cheeseburger that’s supposed to get an extra patty shown in the picture ( so basically a double cheeseburger) i did not receive at all instead i got a freaking plain ass burger patty. I’m not even upset i’m pissed off and to top it off i didn’t get my hershey pie as well. Everything else i got but you could clearly tell it’s been sitting out for a long time. This was around 3 almost 4pm today and the place was like a desert no customers at all compare to mcdonald’s next door and im still 2 hours away from home so i did not check my bags until i was already 30 mins out since im in a rush to get home especially with a little one. Wished i checked the reviews before i made this quick stop but $20 just went down the drain. Never stopping here ever again when traveling. At this point just close the place down.

We went to Burger King #6547 today (4/1/23) and this was our first time inside the new building. The first thing we saw was a yellow caution cone in front of the soda machine that we later noticed was an absolute mess. The floors in front of the soda machine were sticky and covered with whatever had spilled prior to the caution cone finding it’s place. The next thing we noticed was a tray full of garbage ontop of the trash can by the front door, not the best welcome into a restaurant. We waited a few minutes, but placed our order at 12:29PM. There were three of us, we ordered three sandwiches, two drinks, 2 onion rings and 2 chicken fries. There were two couples in the dining area and one waiting ahead of us in line for his food. On our way to find our seat we noticed five tables that hadn’t been cleaned after their last use, and the dining room had bits of napkins and food all over it. Our food did not come out until 12:50PM and only after I went up to the counter to ask how much longer it would take. After explaining that they had a very large online order that came up, they told us that they were only waiting on our onion rings and they gave us the sandwiches and the chicken fries and brought the onion rings at 12:54PM. Knowing the sandwiches were sitting in the warming window for quite some time (we could see them put the sandwiches up there when they were finished ) they were lukewarm and some of the onion rings weren’t cooked all the way, they were soggy and since thats all we were waiting for they should have been the freshest item we had. The store had six employees, one took orders (Violet), four were working on the line making the food, one looked like she could have been a manager (short green hair) but was on her phone off to the side most of the time, and another younger one looked like he was just getting there and was unsure what to do. All in all, I was not impressed with this Burger King, they had plenty of staff to ensure the dining area was clean, yet it looked like a tornado ripped through it and no one except the customers seemed to notice. The bathrooms weren’t terrible, but looked like they definitely needed attention as well. I would love to say that we would eat here again, but it’s the same service it has always provided, but I hope they learn how to take care of their store since it’s brand new. I would highly recommend drive-thru only at this store, the inside is not a welcome sight.

Stopped on the way through the state. For fast food, it was delicious and good value for the price! The whopper and fries were tasty, salted perfectly, and hot. Highly recommend as the value meal (with soda) was 2 meals for $10!

It’s a great brand new building but if you’re expecting to get food you’re sadly mistaken! twice in the last 2 months have I witnessed people in the back talking, at least three people fully aware that there is a customer at the front counter, same experience in the Drive-Thru, worker outside for five plus minutes, supposedly working the drive-thru and the only thing he’s doing is talking to somebody in a car in the parking lot! takes10 minutes to get a regular hamburger when you are able to get somebody’s attention,, but twice I’ve just walked out of the building! can’t imagine business is booming at this place no wonder cars are flooding in at the competition next door. Not sure if folks are aware that you need CUSTOMERS to pay the bills including your paycheck!!

Very good experience. Zack the manager is extremely helpful and very very kind hearted. I hope the company does everything they can to keep him on board. The othere people there are really good . Good staff and manager…. Like the Terminator, “Ill be back”. Good hamburgers too God Bless †

Stop to grab food at drive thur with a 10 year old. Trying to figure out what she want the im guess the manger as we r let the 10 year old know what she get. She woman rule can interprets us to ask with and attitude if there was some she could help us find. I stated no we have a child trying to make a choice. Then she gave the other adult the wrong food. And when I want in to get it fix make rude comment and the sandwich tht was wrong and and make the comment about need ppl. Mama u r in customer service.i did not ask for the rudnes o nor yur screw up.. I will never go to this buger kings again.
