theres two girls in there with name tags Mary and Avery the lack of respect and care for customers or their other coworks is horrible they cant do their jobs proper Avery is currently rolling around the play room and while im putting in a moble order in and im retracking ti because Heather is doing nothing but standing up for avery and mary telling them to breathe and everything its not worth it if u cant handle the place of work u shouldnt be in there no point in spending my money here when the people upfront doing the customer service suck

Food tasted old. Checked my fries to find not 1, not 2, but 3 hairs. When showed the fries, the manager was super rude almost as if she didn’t believe us? Why would I lie???? Terrible experience and tbh always is there. Always a long wait and foods always messed up. They also pay their workers NOTHING! No wonder they can’t get good workers!

Great people behind the counter. I may have only one received an order was wrong, can’t say as I remember though because it’s great service. They have a small play land for the little ones that is enclosed from the main dining area which is nice. It’s small but the kids have a blast anyway. If you need food while running through the Falls, it’s one of the best BK’s around.
