The food was what I expected. They forgot to give me bbq sauce but it was busy so I didn’t complain. The ketchup pump was out of service. The large man behind the counter did end up giving me some packets but he was very short with me. After we received our food (normal wait time) the large man working started yelling at the people in the kitchen. He was not nice about it either. I know that they were busy but you can’t treat people like that. It just kept getting worse and louder until finally I had to speak up. I told him that he doesn’t need to yell at people like that and that he was making my time here unenjoyable. To his credit he did apologize.

The employee I talked to seemed incredibly incompetent, and had to call another employee from the back to correctly ring us up. The food itself was disgusting: the patty on the burger was cold, and the fries were limp and barely lukewarm. I love burger king, but I would never eat at 1120 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy Burger King again.

Burger King was my go to for a quick meal when I didn’t feel like. Cooking. I prefer the flame broiled taste but most of all the deals they offered in their app. Unfortunately, Burger King is the last place I will go for food. They are more exspensive than other fast food restaurants in the area and the deals are no longer what I would call a deal. The customer service was never the greatest but the deals made it worth the grumpy employees that showed they did not want to be there. So if your on a budget I suggest you look elsewhere. McDonald’s has great deals in their app that won’t leave you broke. Ps if you want your whopper your way expect to pay extra for even mayo and lettuce.

From a fast food standpoint, this BK (for me) never disappoints. The food is fresh and the wait times are generally short and staff has always been super friendly especially on the night of 2-15-23.

The place was clean. Service was good. Food was not good for $13 for a whopper meal. The burger was tasteless. The fries were warm/hot. Just not close to be worth the price.

Was driving thru Wisconsin and have not had a whopper in quite awhile and was craving one. This location did not disappoint with the new Southwest Bacon Whopper. Made and wrapped perfectly! App was easy to use, friendly service! Would do 5 stars but the dining room was not open. It’s time to open the dining room and invite us back in. CDC lifted restrictions a long time ago.
