Just when I thought fast food was a thing of the past. I ordered in the drive thru with a special order as I’m a little picky. I gave the man at the window my debit card as he handed me my drink. He handed the card back to me and before I could even put my wallet in my pocket, he was handling me my special order. Now that’s fast and my order was hot and correct. Great job Burger King team!

The drive through makes you wait until they have the previous car cleared from the window so they can fake good serving times. I placed a mobile order and waited 12 mins behind 3 cars. Each car they answered right away and said they would be right with them. 3-4 mins later they apologize for the wait, take the oder, then have you pull around. Food ready within 1 min of pulling up. I would have been waiting either way, but it bothers me when metrics can be faked to appear they are doing a good job.
The cups are so full of ice that there is less than a small size worth of actual beverage.
Also, what happened to portions? A whopper jr used to be like a regular sized burger, while the whopper was massive. The whopper jrs are now like sliders.

I’m writing this review because this location struggled in the past. I went in yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The place was clean and atmosphere was great (music was on point). The service was prompt and friendly. Food came out fresh and order was accurate. Overall they have improved significantly and I’d recommend anyone that hasn’t been in a while, try them again!

I have to say, I’m so impressed with the Burger King in Sun Prairie, especially after a rough history. In the past, I’ve reviewed this location on Google, and it was just a disaster—bad service, incorrect orders, and honestly, it looked like a dump. But something has changed. I’ve been back three or four times recently, and each visit has been spot-on. The drive-thru is lightning-fast, and the food is perfect every single time. The new staff is a game changer—friendly, efficient, and they clearly care. The dining room still seems empty—most folks probably just stick to the drive-thru—but that’s where this place is shining. If you’ve been disappointed before, give them another chance—they’ve really upped their game, and I’m here to give them the praise they deserve.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was so good. Never had a juicy chicken sandwich like I did today. Thanks you guys also the staff was friendly which was a nice change from burger kings I visit.

Went there today and had crappy Service as usual, only this time they stepped it up. I got home and took out my first croissant and there was only half of an egg in it, so I checked the second one and it was exactly the same. I tried calling two times to talk to a manager and no one answered so I had to drive back there. I waited for about 2 to 3 minutes for somebody to come to the counter and help me, it happened to be the same guy that helped me at the drive-thru who had kind of an attitude with me. I showed him my sandwiches and asked if that’s typically what they look like and he said “no, but you were in here an hour ago, so I don’t know.” I said I was in there 30 min ago you want me to get my receipt? He says “yeah you better”. So I go back out in the rain to get the receipt out of my car. I was in there 30 min prior, I drove to the laundry mat and then home to find my food looking like that, AND tried to call TWICE first so I wouldn’t have to go back out for something stupid. He was very argumentative with me instead of just apologizing and taking care of it which caused me to get angrier and raise my voice. He finally gave me a refund and I left. His name was Matt, and he said he was the one in charge until 1 when his manager got there. I will NEVER go back to that Burger King again, as a matter of fact most Burger King’s that I go to around here I have bad experiences at.

We ordered the brisket burger. My husband had to ask where the brisket was. The employee stated it was under the cheese. There was barely any brisket there to be seen. I ordered the whopper. The bun tasted like it was stale or moldy. We will not be going back.

I love burger king and for a time we had no issues with the sun Prairie Location but I am sitting here at hour 7 at the emergency room after my mother got violent food poisoning from a burger we got at 5pm on a Monday. She ate nothing all day and never gets sick. Absolutely insane. I will never come back to this location again and I’d say someone should look into things maybe it’s 1 bad employee but that person will ruin the reputation of the entire store. This is not a joke, fake or an internet bomb. I’m at East Madison UW Hospital right now and this Location will be hearing from me shortly. I will be inquiring with my Attorney after all medical results from my mom present themselves. You serve food to people, it’s necessity to remain clean and cook food properly without miss handling it. You guys could kill someone.

Waited almost half an hour in the drive through only to end up missing 2 items from the order or about $7 worth. Burger King first offered a $3 credit. Complained and they offered $10. Well great except I am never going here again.

Went here after ordering off the mobile app (will not allow you to set a future pick up time), took me 15 minutes to get there and several minutes waiting for someone to hand me my order. It’s over 1/2 hour from ordering, picking up and returning to the office.
The worker at the counter was a younger (early to mid 20’s) man who handed me my now semi-cold food, when I told him about the app shortcoming, he said “it’s ready now” and started walking away (they had only a few cars at drive through and nobody at the inside register).
When I tried to tell him the app needed fixing so he could report it, he waved and gave me a flippant “bye.”
I asked to speak to the manager and he informed me he was the manager, flicked his chest and walked away behind the kitchen line.
I have over 25 years in various customer service areas and have been a loyal BK fan for close to 50 years. I have never had such a rude person serve me anywhere I have ever been.
