burger King this morning this morning to get breakfast I thought the manager was pretty friendly at first but then she switched her whole demeanor after I got my food and I told her everything wasn’t there she ended up being rude to my daughter and me I ended up just walking out the store when I open my bag of food I tried to tell her everything didn’t look right but she didn’t want to listen and said she was a manager and tried to ll to sing in front of other customers! Definitely bad customer service and it smelled really weird in there almost like somebody was on some type of drugs smells like weed when I walked in I should have known not to order anything from there she tried to give me a deal at first when I ordered and I end up taking the deal when I should have just said no thank you in the first place! I would never go to Burger King again on top of that she gave me a nasty coffee what type of customer service will you have to make your own coffee and my food wasn’t even wrapped in the right stuff in the beginning!

The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and my number was called by the time I paid and filled my drink. My order was correct, the food was hot, and I got some ketchup packets, napkins, and the zesty sauce in the bag. Thank you for the great service!

My onion rings was soggy not fried!! Burger was wrong and didn’t change it all they did was take the top bun off and scrap off the ketchup but it was still ketchup on my burger!! They playing around in the store!! Manager’s eating and sitting around!! They do not have good costumer service

I ordered the 2 for $6 double ham and cheese croissant without the egg and when I tell you it was ice cold. He did not put them in the microwave. Tried calling but no answer. Notice the cheese is not melted.

I was genuinely so surprised by this location. Bathroom was clean. Lobby was sparkling. The employees were super friendly and the food was fresh and hot! Would 100% stop here again. Thank you Burger King!

Worst service ever ! The workers truly hate their lives. They closed the drive through in the middle of the afternoon (3:47pm June 3rd, 2019) so I went in to order. There was a long line. Maybe my bad luck. But some of the workers were just standing around. I used a coupon from their app. It expires after 15 minutes. There was 40 seconds left when I placed my order which she entered incorrectly. Cashier refused to correct or cancel the order. I paid. I was hungry. I sat down and waited about 5 minutes for my order for to be called. I went up to inquire and the manager angrily said “ I called that number 20 minutes ago. I think this is my first one star review.

Listen, I am one to run to reviews to express my dissatisfaction. But TODAY! Huge thank you to the crew on MLK between 8;45pm and about 9 today. Thank you for caring enough to cook and serve food the way you would want. You can taste it. Attention to detail, hot food, and cold items cold. Fries and onions, perfect. The bacon burger was one of the best I’ve had. Burger King give that crew a bonus. *Chef’s kiss*

I placed a mobile order and there wasn’t much activity in the drive thru and in the lobby I pull up to the window and was told it would it would be a 10 minute wait and that they would bring it out to me I seen people go in the lobby and drive thru get their food and after 25 mins I go inside only to find out the food been sitting there and they felt bad and wanted to make a fresh burger .. during my waiting at the drive thru I seen employees smoking a cig and talking on the phone by the garbage area , another employee go across the street to bp gas station and such . While the drive thru line was backed up .
