My server ace was very helpful made my visit pleasant and did his own take on dish bc couldn’t decide . He was very pleasant and and easygoing type of person . The food was very tender so I recommend him as server who ever comes here

The worst dining experience I have ever had. No one took our order for 20 minutes, no drinks, nothing. The manager came by and toss our table around to all their incompetent staff. The food was uneditable. Cold beer cheese, stale chips, cold Alfredo sauce, cold cheeseburger, no bread with the cold sorry pasta. It took another 30 minutes to get our drinks. The discount for the terrible experience was 1.00. This is absolutely unacceptable. The waitress was Alexus, she was the worst waitress & chewed gum while she waited our table.Guess they don’t follow health guidelines either. The whole restaurant was absolutely disgusting, and the silverware was dirty, on top of dirty glasses. And the booths smelled like urine. Absolutely HORRIBLE poor experience, this place needs to be shut down. The managers would not even come back and talk to us to fix our bill. Charged for 6 beers and 2 drinks we didn’t have. Tables were leaving by the dozen. The fact that we paid over $100 for our experience is insane.

This was an absolute wonderful experience. My host and waiter was Ace, he was very attentive and had a huge personal touch. I really appreciate him, words really can’t touch the level of service and true compassion this man has for his guest. The very best.

Ray was a fantastic bartender. Even when they were busy he was able to come by and have a conversation and refill our drinks and accommodate anything we needed. Will definitely be coming back to his bar!

Ace was our server. We haven’t even finished dining and we are blown away by the attentiveness he gives his guests. He has a great personality and excellent drink recommendations. If you like something sweet try the Perfect Tropical Tribute. The manager is also awesome, has checked in with us a few times and they are currently working with the Dolly Parton Library so the kids both get a book when we are finished dining. Overall very impressed with our experience.

The service was alright. I was expecting more attentiveness with how dead it was. The food took a long time coming out. The food was pretty good. There was also a family that came in with several kids that they sat right in the middle of everyone that were loudly listening to videos on their phone. It killed what little atmosphere there was. Then they told us they would give a discount for 5 star reviews, so I wouldn’t trust the 5 star reviews there are.

Very good experience today. Our server, Ace, was extremely pleasant. He was funny, energetic, friendly and made the experience very enjoyable. The new grilled cheese cheeseburger w/ tomato soup dip was freaking delicious and my fiancé got the 4-cheese mac n Cheese with extra honey pepper sauce. Both were absolutely delicious! Will definitely be returning and hoping Ace is our server again!!!

I visited your restaurant on Tuesday night and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We ordered a medium-rare steak, but it was served well-done. The server acknowledged the issue, and about ten minutes later, the store manager approached us, stating he was cooking in the back and asked what was wrong with the food.
We explained the situation, and he attributed the mistake to a new staff member who was unsure how to respond. While we tried to move past the issue, the manager continued to defend the situation. After we said it was fine, he returned to the kitchen and began loudly yelling at his staff, which was clearly audible to everyone in the dining area.
If I were the owner, I would strongly recommend training the manager in effective communication and anger management, as well as improving the training program for new staff. Regardless of the $100 spent, the overall experience was disappointing, and I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve future customer experiences.
