I ordered a whopper and it tasted like trash! The lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes were rotten. The employee who made my sandwich was coughing all over the food, too. There was a large size fly in my soda, I asked for a refund and the dude laughed at me! Worst experience ever, I’m never going back!

I should have known the experience was going to be horrible when we arrived at the establishment an could not smell the food. We paid and waited 45 minutes only to receive a bag full of HELL OF COLD FOOD!! The food was just as cold as the temperature outside which was a negative 3 degrees. I understand we arrived almost to an hour before closing on Christmas Eve but the wokers was absoluetly WRONG!! I then attempted to call the store however they would not answer the phone!!

This is the WORST burger King I’ve been to in a long time. That has not stopped me from returning to it several times, just because it’s near where I live. This place is a dump. Shake machines, credit card machines, fryers are frequently down. And when they’re working, they’re understaffed. And on top of that , the food barely resembles the food from other bk’s. All around underwhelming/disappointing experience every.single.time.

Stopped by to get Crispy Chicken on Feb 7th 2023. There were 2 cars ahead of me. I ordered 3 Crispy Chicken sandwiches and a Five dollar meal. It took 25 minutes to get my food. Four cars in drive through drove away while I was waiting. Staff was pleasant but mainly just standing around. All the food was cold, and the Chicken sandwiches were way overcooked and not enjoyable. $25.00 worth of food. Not sure I’ll ever visit this place again.

My mom and I came in and we ordered, tried getting mozzarella sticks which they had on the screen, and the lady at the counter was kind of rude about it and just said “we don’t have those”. When my mom was placing our order, the lady just gave her a look, and there were about 3 sets of 2 people not including us that ended up waiting for food for over 15 minutes. (Dining in) they weren’t calling out people’s numbers my mom ended up going up there and asking and it was just sitting on the counter. Food was cold, we also ordered 2 sets of onion rings but instead got 1 fry and 1 onion ring. I don’t know if she was the manager but was also yelling at employees back and forth consistently. The coke was out of syrup, it was all clear, everything went flat right away, the workers were rude. Definitely don’t wanna come back here, especially with this kind of service. If you’re expecting hot food, good service, and treated nicely, just go down the street to Culver’s, you’ll definitely have better luck there…. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
