Man, what a great experience, the lady up front I took my order was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I believe her name is Mandy. Wonderful soul she helped me by answering questions That I had about what was on sandwiches, etc., and answered them fast This woman knows her job And then the cook seen that I was waiting for my food as I seen my order was up and I believe his name was Matt seen I was waiting and he took it upon himself to go upfront As the lady of the window was busy I watched him wash his hands Before he came upfront and Greeted me with a smile and said I got you And asked me about my day Really made me feel warm and welcomed Haven’t had an experience like this in a Burger King in a very long time

One of the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen. Guy at the register locked the door and people were having issues getting out (he had to unlock it so they could leave) EXTREMELY slow service, dude looks like he hates his job! Tables were 60% dirty, floors had food all over them. Watched kitchen staff run their face and proceed to make peoples food WITHOUT changing gloves. Rated 1 star because that is as low as it goes. NASTY. Never coming back! Also have video proof of being locked inside.

Came here for the past couple years as we we passing through. Not a fan of BK, but this used to be the best. Now just another crappy fast food joint. Terrible service, food was bad and order was wrong. Will not stop again.

Waited 15min. In drive through behind 2 cars for my order. Very slow. Finally get my order just to see they gave me fries instead of onion rings and the mayo was water running all over the place. Never returning.

Honestly rather go any other burger place than burger king, I have nothing against the staff. They’re OK, definitely not the friendliest but not rude either. But my biggest complaint is that they are CONSTANTLY out of certain foods like French fries. I’ve gone to BK 3 times this month and of course everytime I go, day or night they are out of French fries and will ONLY swap for onion rings, like seriously?? Like what kind of burger joint doesn’t have French fries ALL the time.. and the food isn’t even very good and they take awhile to make your food, its a pathetic place honestly. It’s just the only other place to go when you don’t want food poisoning from McDonald’s.
