Don’t even waste your time or money stopping here. My family was so excited to have a Burger King move into our area but the handful of times we have stopped here has always been a disappointment. Either the food tastes old or our order was not correct or the employee were very rude. Usually a combination of all of the above. One time we had to go around through the drive through three times to get our order corrected and the employees acted as if we were putting them out by asking for the food we ordered. I’ve given them several chances but I’m done and will NEVER be back.

Where should I start? First off they didn’t have anyone in their lobby at 6:30 at night which is odd. Secondly they took forever to make the food and were extremely slow. They even got the order wrong. Will not be going back to this one ever again. I ordered a #4 with only mayo and when I got it the damn thing had cheese on it. So yeah wasn’t happy at all and they messed up my husbands order as well.

First they screwed up the order. A customer later exited the bathroom and advised the manager the bathroom was unusable. An employee went in with their plastic gloves on to investigate and came out and went back to making food with the same gloves. When I was done eating 20 minutes later.. I discovered no one fixed the bathroom. There were 3 employees and only 2 customers. The food was good.. but my shoes smelled like urine the next few hundred miles home. Thanks for that!

By far the worst BK I’ve been too, the person taking orders apparently got my order wrong (but it was right in the receipt) I got my drink and was told to pull around to the stop sign which I did, unbeknownst to me the elderly couple had paid and already had their food behind me. I waited nearly 10-15 minutes there with people behind me for the same lady that took my order to come out and tell me again they messed my order up. I was assured it would be “fresh”. So I pulled into a parking spot so the people behind me could leave (without receiving any food, how I know they already had their food) and then was handed a “bag with an extra sandwich for my wait”…… I ordered one double Ham Croissant which…… what I received was two lukewarm to cold SINGLE HAM croissant which’s cold hash browns and flat drink…. It also must be bring your girlfriend to work day as the cook was outside on break with her pretty much the entirety of my wait, and she never left so I can only assume she’s in the back of the kitchen waiting too…. I did appreciate the sincerity of the order taker. She did seem like she was trying.

I don’t know what any one was complaining about. Other then they are short staffed food was fresh no issues they messed up my order gave me an extra sandwich hey that’s fine with me. The manager seemed stressed tho you can tell but hey 3 person crew with 10 people in the lobby and 4 cars waiting go for it. I will wait for fresh food any day

Food was great and they were friendly. My problem was that there was absolutely no one in there and it took them around 4 to 5 minutes to come to counter and wait on us. It seemed longer but I know it wasn’t.

If you want the worst server ever, here is the place to come. It only took the one interaction to see this is not the place to go. For starters, they are right next to 2 truck stops, had NO ONE except the 3 employees cars in their huge parking lot, and refused to let a park there. Secondly, their sign says Lobby Open. The girl there walked out and said the lobby was closed and no semi-trucks allowed. Ain’t no way her store manager said ‘no trucks allowed’ or it was a store policy as I’m sitting right now in a smaller Burger King parking lot, waiting on food from much nicer people.
