This was probably the best Burger King hamburger I have ever had. I could really taste the flame broiled cooking on the burger. The toppings were not stingy like most Burger Kings I have eaten at. The drive through person was over the top friendly. This should be the flagship store for Burger King to train all new franchisees.

Cashier at drive through was rude as she dropped my change all over the road. Felt like she was looking down on me because I’m brown. Which kinda made me chuckle because she didn’t look presentable for a fast food worker. Never going there again..

Just left without my food! Girl at the window gave me my shake with ice cream all over the out side of the cup…I asked here if she could clean it off cause I didn’t want to get it on my clothes or seat,she pulled the cup from me and slammed it on the counter and made another and spilled it on the floor so she made a third one but this time she wipes the mixer with a dirty rag… WOW this girl is disgusting!!!! I just drove away…at this point I decided to pay not to eat it….

Rude employees made us feel like we shouldn’t be there. Slammed cups down when we ordered our meals . We ordered 5 meals only one of the fries were in it’s container the rest were strewn all over the tray. When we left said have a good evening and not one of them even replied.

Employees INCLUDING manager didn’t care about a spill in play area and after being notified TWICE, we finally cleaned it up with napkins. (They were NOT busy at all) soap dispenser was broken in men’s restroom (HOW WERE EMPLOYEES SUPPOSED TO WASH HANDS!) pile of roles up toilet paper with poop on it laying on the floor in the bathroom and no changing tables for baby changing! restaurant was filthy everywhere! Don’t know if I will ever visit again!

The old lady taking my order was very rude! She never once said thank you and then threw the receipt at me. She then threw the bag of food across the counter at me. The food was hot and good. Sadly though I won’t be returning.

Food didn’t seem fresh. Dinning area was dirty. Most of the tables were dirty. We came on at Seven pm on a Friday night wasn’t busy the whole time we were here and nobody came out to clean up the dining area or to wipe off the dirty tables or sweep the floor.

Omg you would think I would have learned by now this is the worst fast food restaurant around. The service has never been great and the good even though cheap is subpar at best. Probably the only Burger King that does not throw out the food to make fresh on a regular basis. The staff the last time I went near 11 pm was awful. They acted like they were upset to be there working that to me of night. The guy in the drive thru who took my order talked like he was high, really slow speech and is tone of voice sounded really upset to even offer to take my order. They screwed up on 4 of the 6 items from my order but never once apologized. I asked for honey mustard sauce for the chicken nuggets and but did not get any single sauce. The nuggets ended up being tossed as even my teen who will eat anything said they were too hard to chew. They forgot my whopper, the pop was watered down and tasted like it had a chemical, my cheesy tots were so tough-like (hard, dry and old). One bite I broke off a piece of tooth! I had to go in twice to get my order corrected. I told the guy that the pop had something wrong with it then explained myself as he acted confused. He NEVER even offered to refill it as he could even see I only took 3 sips. He actually said “oh well”. Not going back and would not recommend. Sorry to be so mean but it was really not the 1st time. I think it’s only fair to tell others so they don’t end up throwing out an entire meal.

EVERYTIME i go to this place i get the same crap. the place is always dirty, the service is horrible, the people are rude, the food tastes like old oil/grease and almost like it has been sitting out all day. today was my last time every going to this place.

They took forever to attend us, workers would just pass by the counter and not even attend. THEN they took about 30min to give us the food and I saw a worker eating the merchindise while cooking! The place smelled like a dump and the service wasn’t so great! The cashier was running from the counter to drive thru. You guys need someone to help the poor lady!! She looked stressed!
