One of the most disappointing Burger Kings I’ve been to. The atmosphere is bland and generic, service was okay, but could’ve been better if I didnt have to wait quite a bit for someone to take my food order. There was no dispenser for ketchup, and all they had was just a bin of ketchup packets up by the order counter. Food was okay, but costs way more than it should’ve been just for a meal.
Only good thing they had here was the fountain drink dispensers that could make a whole variety of different beverages.
Overall, was very underwhelmed with my experience here and will likely be going elsewhere to eat from now on.

The first time ever coming to this location. I sat at the drive up for 10 minutes before anyone took my order
Nothing more than a “what can I get you”
Then sat another 10 minutes at the next window before anyone took my money. I’m writing this literally in the drive thru as I have plenty of time.
The drive up staff person was a joke. I haven’t tasted the food yet but….
I should have read reviews first. Come on ownership!

Waited 20 minutes for food inside. Finally said something to them and no one knew anything about it.
Gave a receipt to them and waited while most stood around and had vapes sitting next to our food while making it.
Fries were decent but burger was cold? Must have just had old patties sitting on the grill.
Plus it was freezing in there haha!

Kitchen staff were smoking while cooking. I waited for 1 hour to order and the restaurant was empty just me and when I asked to order the cashier said fine and signed. The staff purposely ignored me and the food was cold. They refused to give me my drink after I paid for it. Will never return. The store also had trash and liquids all over the floor

Regular visitor to this location. Usually order online. It’s pretty common for this restaurant to strand people in the drive thru. Even if you have already placed your order. This is a bad experience every time. The food is usually good. Tonight however they crossed a line. I boo ought a Texas whopper. They put a comical amount of jalapeño pepper on the burger. Ruined a $9 sandwich. Very dissatisfied.

Drive thru wait is ridiculous. 20 minutes for so called “fast food”. Gave them a second try yesterday and it was just as bad as the last time. No need to reply and apologize. Might just be time to close this location.

Waited 20 minutes just to get asked what we wanted. They where very rude to customers and screwed up 5 orders just while we wherw waiting. Used to like eating there but the people that work there now dont care about there customers.

Sitting in parking lot along with another car and just watched a worker shut all the lights off. Nobody came to the door. When they answered the phone, the worker said he was the only one in the store and he was closing until 9 am. Please update your hours of service so people don’t waste their time and gas driving here!

We ordered in the drive through and it took forever!! We were the only car in line. Then when we got our food, we didn’t get our fries. The soda tasted blah. There were 3 ladies standing around doing nothing. It was almost like we were bothering them.
