This is a great BK! For fast food you are looking for speed, order accuracy, and friendliness. This has all three. I’ve been a handful of times and each time has been consistently high quality service. Just make sure you get your daily steps in if you eat BK often! 🙂

My nephew has autism, and anyone who has a loved one on the spectrum knows how important it is for them to have the foods they’re comfortable with. Ever since we moved to Waukee, this Burger King has gone above and beyond for my family—making fries for us whenever we stop by. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, never turning us away no matter the time of day. I want to give a special shout-out to Ethan, who I believe is the manager. He is always so energetic, compassionate, and empathetic. I truly appreciate all of you for being so kind to my nephew and me. Thank you.

Nice new building. Has a kids indoor playground In an unusual move to any other BK I’ve been to, it has the ICEE machine next to the soda fountain for self-service. Nice.
It also has a staff that seems to pay no attention whatsoever to the food they give you vs what you actually order. My receipt was right, my order wasn’;t even close. My Whopper with no lettuce and tomato was delivered as a Whopper with cheese, no tomato, and no onion. My onion rings were fries. Pretty much everyone had similar issues.
I’d attribute this to working the kinks out, but this is typical of all the BK’s in the metro.

The service was very friendly and welcoming. The gentlemen taking our order gave our girls a crown right away and was really friendly. Food is what you expect to have at a BK or any fast food restaurant but we loved the play area.

We had a great experience at this Burger King. Staff was so kind and helpful and the manager Cowboy was on point all the way around. Plus the food was fresh and delicious. The best Burger King of all time!!

Took my 15 month old to have breakfast and check out the play area. They have 4-10 area and an under 4 play area. My little guy loved being able to climb around the toddler area and try out the slide. He was able to take a couple of tumbles without actually getting hurt as the area has padded flooring. We will definitely be back!

It was okay. Some of the staff was rude and clumsy but others were nice. Food was pretty good. Was loud though because of the play area for kids.

I come here once a month or so with the kids and always have a good experience. The play area is clean and engaging. The employees are typically very kind and attentive. One of the best dine in fast food experiences for families with young kids in the metro.
