Nicely located next to a truck stop exit 93, nice large dining room and it took 15 minutes to get my breakfast meal. I got charged twice on the Go Large and the kitchen was disgusting Greece and crud everywhere around the equipment and the guy working in there had a long ungroomed nasty looking beard and mustache who was nice but scraggly looking probably will not come back again in fact I know I won’t it was too dirty! Also the girl in the back had no clue how to wrap a burrito.

I am pretty patient and kind especially when it comes to the customer service industry seeing as I have been in it for 9 years- however, this was the most disgusting and disappointing restaurant- chain or not- that I have ever been to. Dead flies on tables and throughout the dining area, the children’s place was so grotesque we stopped our kids from playing in it, and it just smells and is filthy. My husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich and they did make new fries for him but I threw the rest out. Checking out McDonald’s across the street.

The physical appearance of this restaurant is almost truly shameful. if it wasn’t for the few cars in the parking lot you would think the place was actually closed down. Missing light posts that have been broken off by I have no idea. Entrance signs that were hit by something. The menu board on the drive-thru was missing numerous panels. Weeds were growing out of every crack in the parking lot to look like truly the store had been shut down. Tried the new impossible Whopper and it was okay but trulynot worth it because it contains the same number of calories as the original Whopper and they have added saturated fats so it truly is not any healthier for you. I thought as long as I was ordering fast food I would go all the way. Ordered a medium vanilla shake. Was told that the shake machine was broken down. I started to laugh because I drove through this Burger King last year to order a vanilla shake and was told the same thing. I believe the only thing that keeps it open are the truck drivers park next to it in the Casey’s lot.

I like Burger King, but not this one. People were moving so slowly and acting lethargic, I honestly think there might be a carbon monoxide leak. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches, one was good, the other was old and soggy. Restaurant was filthy, employees were filthy too. I predict this place will be closed soon unless things change substantially.

This location is in desperate need of a remodel. They are out of almost everything, no lettuce, no shakes, no ketchup, play place is closed, grass hasn’t been mowed outside yet this year. This is a sad, sad, sad Burger King. The company needs to put some money into this location or just close it down.

I was very impressed by the window attendant’s attitude. He was very enthusiastic and it was a nice touch asking us to pull up and wait a few minutes because they were making our food “hot and fresh” for us. He was just as energized when he brought us our order and told us to be careful because it was very hot.
The only negative that I have is that my fries were slightly under seasoned, but for a quick roadside bite, I was very impressed with the service I received.

This place is horrible. The parking lot alone gives you a bad feeling… but I was traveling through to Omaha and needed food badly.
I don’t eat fast food often (it’s been years), but this Burger King is the most disgusting BK I’ve ever been to. It wasn’t dirty as in garbage/food crumbs everywhere, it was dirty in the sense that it’s very rundown. I don’t think the furniture has changed since the place opened, the drink machines looked like from the late 80s, there were stained ceiling tiles…
The place was very understaffed, I had to wait over 10 minutes just to order food. The cashier took multiple attempts to understand our order properly.. he just had no clue what he was doing. They were out of chicken fries, so I ordered chicken nuggets .. wanted BBQ sauce, but nope, they were out of that too..
The dining experience wasn’t great. Flies everywhere, noisy, and just… the place feels really run down. I felt dirty after eating there.
Avoid this place at all costs. The food was fine (by BK standards), but the atmosphere and ordering experience was not worth it at all.

Don’t waste your time or your money this place should probably be shut down. I haven’t been here in awhile… and now I remember why. Dirty environment, slow service & the food sucks. The McDonalds across the street is under construction so I thought I would let my son burn off some energy by running around in the play place. We stood at the counter for a couple of minutes (with no in front of us) waiting for a staff member to take our order. When I gave the lady my card to pay for our food the first thing I noticed was how dirty her fingernails were. Whatever happened to all staff must have good hygiene let alone properly washed hands?! The staff was extremely slow, messed up my sons “plain” cheeseburger twice & didn’t even apologize for the crappy service. We went to go back to the play place area only to see a sign posted that the play place was closed due to maintenance. Ugh… Wishing they would of had a sign on the front door so we didn’t waste our time coming in.

Worst ever. Stopped for a quick bite while traveling. Staff was beyond incompetent. One person cooking– appeared to have no clue what he was doing. The girl at the counter was just handing orders out to whoever was closest. After 20 minutes she realized that she gave my food away. After 30 minutes I had to ask for my money back. Never got the 2 sandwiches that I ordered. The girl running the drive through was very impartial; even bragging that she had over 3 people drive off from the line. Another woman in the d.t. came inside because she had waited over 20 minutes for nuggets. Definitely not getting it your way!
