I haven’t eaten at Burger King in a long time. Their Whoppers used to be very good. You could tell that they were flame broiled.
The burgers are barely fit for human consumption. McDonald’s is no better.
I ordered some onion rings and received something that resembled onion rings, but were definitely not onion rings. It was like some kind of onion flavored paste. I couldn’t find an actual piece of onion anywhere.
The food gets 1 star simply because there isn’t a smaller number to choose from.
I know that it’s all about corporate profits and not about pleasing your customers.
Just think how much money you could make if your burgers were great. And you actually used onions in your onion rings.
I will not be back.

The employees here really are the best! Always kind even when they’re slammed and have a full drive-thru. A small interaction doesn’t seem important but it really can turn somebodies day around. Thanks to all the employees here!

Shaniqua at the drive thru had a major attitude problem. Everytime we have gone through she is pissed off, throws things. I asked about a special and getting overcharged she mouthed something off and slammed the window shut. Will never go back.

I can’t tell you about the food or the atmosphere. I didn’t place an order. I pulled up to the drive thru closet to the building at 4:45 pm. Was told it would be a minute to take my order. I waited till 4:50 when someone else pulled up to the the drive thru and was promptly asked for their order. So I left. Service is a zero star.

Food was hot and fresh, service was excellent. Needed somewhere to take the grandkids on a cold day and the playground was perfect for the 1 yr and 2 1/2 yr old! Will definitely be back. Worth the driive from Knoxville.

Drive up employee was great! You could tell she was a perfect fit for that position. She actually liked what she did. She was perfessional, polite and to the point. Spoke clearly so she was understood over the speaker intercom system. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name so I could mention you specifically. Listen, I think there are plenty of reasons that fast food chains get horrible reviews. A lot of the time they may even be legitimate. But there are also a lot of illegitimate reviews. Today I would like to leave a positive review for this location. I want to specifically call out Brian at the drive thru window. Because of his positivity, professionalism and customer service. Its my pleasure to leave this review for the location and this employee. I hope that his leadership sees this and acknowledge his efforts.
