Without a doubt the worst burger king I’ve ever been to. They lock the doors to the dining room several hours early and don’t let you know outside the restaurant on the restaurant hours (which still says 6 AM to 12 AM) or on the app so you better hope you have a car if you want to place an order after 7 PM. Twice now I’ve had to cancel my order because of this stupid restriction. Either hire more staff or change the store times!

Burger King in the mornings are great!! I like to get the egg and cheese only croissant with a coffee. Nobody makes a breakfast sandwich like BK! The crew in the morning do a great job. Service is quick too.4+ stars Great Job BK TEAM!

This one is chronically short staffed. Today I was in the drivethru. I was the only one in the drive thru. She said one moment please. I said ok. Another vehicle pulled up in the other line at the other intercom. This other car pulled up well after me and she took their order first so I just left. It looked like they were going to take forever anyway which is pretty normal here. This happened at around 1135 today.

After sitting at the drive up window for about 15 mins, watching 2 cars behind me pull off. Bags of food sitting at the window. Nobody say anything to us. We get home and our fries were tipped upside down in the bag. We had 4 standard meals, no special order, and there was one car in front of us when we pulled up. Person making the sandwiches did a great job but the person working the window and packing the bags might need to be trained better if they are ok with that type of customer service. Do better Burger King.

Order my meal only to get to the window for them to have to place it again because the person who took my water couldn’t remember what I ordered and then when I got to pick it up I had to repeat it again because nobody knew where it was and then if you look at the size of this burger on top of having nothing on it I am very dissatisfied

Heather is very rude she called a manager slow she doesn’t know how to properly run that store. I’m sorry you don’t call people names in front of customers. The only one that is slow is Heather she stands around talking instead of doing her job correctly she doesn’t get orders correct she needs to listen better. Get rid of Heather put someone who knows what they are doing in there like Jesse Howe. Heather cooke is a bully. Heather needs to be fired period making a manager cry in front of people uncalled for she needs to grow up!
