To is BK has gone down hill. Ordered a cheese burger and the bun was so burnt i had to spit it out. And you see the buns when you assemble everything why still give that to someone?! So i drove back through the drive thru since the doors were locked, and sat there for 17mins waiting because they were going so slow with only one car in front of me. Got up to the window and the guy acted annoyed that i wanted a new one. Then was just sitting there texting on his phone the whole time….no wonder it was slow! They need to have more help and better customer service!!

Worst Burger King ever! They always mess up! Shouldn’t take ten minutes to have my food when there no other people in drive thru or behind me in front counter. People were just on there phones. Find employees that wanna work! Not be on there phones! Also, my shake barely had any chocolate in it. Sounds like people in there need to be re trained how to do there jobs! I normally don’t give bad reviews but everytime I come here there is something not made right for my order. Get it together!

Is AI doing the hiring? All I ordered was 2 whoppers and fries and coke. For some reason the manager deleted the whopper and charged me extra when I came in to get the missing whopper. I tried explaining her error but unfortunately I don’t think she understood so I just paid for another to get out of that smelly lobby. Thanks BK for charging me extra on a 2 for 5.

Took 10 minutes sitting in drive thru for food. Food was cold and the wrong drink. I told the young boy who came out this wasn’t root beer. He said they were trying g to run the pop out. There was 5 onion rings in the order also. I said if that’s the case you shouldn’t sell it. He turned and walked away because obvious they don’t have it.

This was my worst experience ever at a Burger King. I arrived at the drive-thru at 4:12, the time I got my food was 4:47. They had me wait for a half hour in the line to get food. Do not go to the Hastings Michigan location. They are the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to.

Hastings doesn’t have much in terms of reliable quality for fast food. I love a good BK double cheese burger but it’s always a roll of the dice when ordering. With such high menu prices we should know that we are getting fresh hot food every time. Although the staff is friendly, they miss more often than not with the quality. I understand that they are short staffed most days but if you improve quality, you improve sales, which in turn provides more money for staffing. PLEASE retrain your management and staff to keep quality at the top of their priorities. Its food service 101, people come for the food, it should be top tier. Hate to see this business suffer as McDonalds in Hastings is one of the best around. Hastings is a small community, all of our fast food should be top tier!!

My mother went here and the young girl taking our order became impatient with my mom , she is 90 and does not hear. I stepped in and redirected her attitude!
My mom ordered chicken nuggets which were burnt she ordered brings and the onion rings were soggy and undercooked. There was no adult supervision. The teenagers were running the place. If you are making 15.00 an hour I would expect better. Do not eat at this Burger King
