The last two times (different days) that I have ordered an impossible whopper it has come totally burnt. Inedible burger. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I thought it was a one time mistake but it seems like maybe they just don’t like making this. Very sad because my husbands double whopper looks great and isn’t burnt and my food is.

Crew was slammed after school let out,, short-staffed to top it off. But WOW did they do a good job!! Poor manager was stressed out, trying to make sure everything was flowing smoothly and accurately… but he sure did it! Crew was listening, and working as a team. Fast food isn’t for the weak, so props to the boys there today! 🙂

I came in yesterday 10/12/2023 I ordered a very big meal and waited a long time eventually a lady with pink hair brought my food out to me I was missing a burger when I got home. No sweat I called and she said come tomorrow and I’ll write your name down. I came in today 10/13/2023 around 8:28 pm store number 211 the manager who was there the night before wasn’t there but the older gentleman who I assume was a Manger was there I also noticed he was there the night before wearing a blue Nike Hoodie I told him I remembered him and all the details of what happened and he gave me the burger which was suppose to be a bacon king and it ended up having one patty and 2 pieces of bacon and one slice of cheese. This was a joke and a waste of time and money all around and a mockery of my family. No excuse.

One person in front of me on the inside. Took 25 minutes to get my food. Ordered the new crispy onion whopper. After waiting 25 minutes my food was cold and no lettuce or onions on my sandwich. Ridiculous

The guy in the drive through yesterday (April 18th around 8pm) was really great. I had a pretty big order and he was perfect. I was also here a couple weeks ago and he took my order that time as well. He might be a manager. He does a very good job. I really like how polite he is and he was very patient with some of my special requests. I will keep going to this location even though there is another one closer to my house
