The lady at the drive through was rude. She had us pull forward although no cars were behind us. The food was decent and the order was correct. I will not continue patronizing a business that does not support a US constitutional amendment. (See image)

Place is going back to how it was before the remodel. It’s sad. Went in about a month ago and an employee had an infant child hanging from her hips in the foot section. Mind you the baby had no protection against hot oil or any equipment. Tonight I ordered rodeo burger the jal cheese tater tots and they completely just didn’t even ring that up. Instead I got a whopper with HALF SIES. I was so happy about the new remodel and service that was happening. It’s starting to go back down tho

My husband and I stopped in and I got the whopper combo with onion rings and he got a couple double cheeseburgers. They didn’t disappoint for sure the burgers we fresh and onion rings were good. Friendly service only issue was the lobby was kinda gross for not being that busy. But then again we did see someone getting the lobby in order while we were eating. By far the best bk I’ve had in a while.

I wish I could give 5 stars but there were a couple substantial problems. It took a bit to get my shakes which wouldn’t be as big of a deal if my wife’s nuggets would have been good. They were horrible and they seemed overwhelmed so I didn’t complain. There was an employee named Nana that was awesome though. He was putting ice in the machine and brought our shakes. He had a very upbeat positive attitude. Over all the experience was ok. My burger was awesome. But they need to get their nugget game together. It was rough.

Drive through was very slow, I saw 4 employees and they took as long as is there were only 2 employees. Took 20 minutes and they weren’t even busy. Also they hate the 2nd amendment

They said they were waiting on fries Three orders waiting. Fries were lukewarm. Tasted like they had been fried in dirty oil. Not a single napkin in the bag. Two weeks later I decide to give them another chance. Napkins in the bag, and fries were nice! Meal was warm, but no pickles on the double cheeseburger.

I have been having the best fast food experiences at this location since the remodel. Service has been a lot better too, at least in the mornings when I come. Restroom is also very clean with plenty of supplies. Don’t have to worry about not having toilet paper! Burger King is quickly becoming one of my fast food faves. If I am going to eat fast food I usually pick Burger King!

Every time I come to this Burger King, they have me pull forward and wait after placing my order—almost like they’re trying to hit a metric while everyone behind me gets their food and moves on. The wait is always longer than it should be, and the service just feels inefficient. If speed is supposed to be a priority, they’re missing the mark.

At 8pm on Friday he 31st I went to pick up our order. As I approached the building I could smell Marijuana. It was a uniformed employee smoking right by the front door. I went in, and a few minutes later that employee walked in and into the kitchen. A few minutes later I get my order and leave. That same empmoyee is back out smoking weed again. I know you won’t miss my business, but I wont be back.

Yes, we went there and the people were nice but the quality ans sanitation was horrible. The kids meal we order. The cheeseburger patty was old hard and when I went up to the counter to say something. Another person was up their to tell them. That they gave them the wrong chicken sandwich. They took the one that she gave and put it in Another bag and sent it out to a different customer. The sad thing was they didn’t even understand why not to do that. Uneducated in restaurant sanitation. Than also told her about the burger and she said sorry and walked away. With everything I saw. I was ready to leave. So, different get a replacement just left. Honestly I don’t recommend any of the burger king in kalamazoo/portage area. Which is sad,
