2 days ago 2 of my friends went to this particular Burger King and ordered some food. One has been in the hospital ever since. And the other one had to have their stomach pumped due the food poisoning. And from what they told me they saw the employees not washing their hands and not wearing gloves. This location has to be the SLOWEST Burger King in the area. I was in line 15 minutes. Waited in a parking spot for my order another 10 minutes. This is quite common. The staff is nice and friendly but I can only assume that they are butchering the cow while I wait since it ALWAYS takes forever. Shame on me for going back!

Was the only car in line and received my food quickly. Upon opening my bk big fish sandwich with no lettuce, you could tell they had peeled the lettuce off because there were little pieces of lettuce around the edges and almost no sauce left on the sandwich. I understand not wanting to waste food but at least put more sauce back on the sandwich. Will not be going back

This is one of the best Burger Kings in Lansing, Michigan, by far. Excellent staff whom are polite, even when they make mistakes. Their burgers are delicious. We usually substitute onion rings for fries, and there is no hassle. Plus they have a Coca Cola machine that can make an amazing combination of flavors. I am partial to the limeade twist Mello Yellow Zero.
