The Men’s bathroom clearly has a history of neglect. The stains are a result of a long history of poor cleaning. Always judge s restaurant by their bathrooms. If they can’t keep it clean, just imagine how poorly they keep up their kitchen.

This was awful, usually the employees are super nice and actually give you the food you pay for.
The lady taking my order kept huffing at me making me nervous while reading the menu and trying to order. There was confusion over sauce I literally asked for zesty and barbecue she told me there was no zesty I said fine what about honey mustard then then she said something about substituting I’m not really quite sure why, then she kept telling me zesty comes with it so I said okay then that sauce since that’s originally what I wanted. I didn’t really care at this point I just wantedsome kind of sauce in it and to get the rest of the order out. No biggie but when I got to the window to pay I asked the girl what was the confusion with the sauce she said that she comes with onion rings and that I asked for honey mustard, I told her I originally asked for zesty she said it’s really cold she wants to close the window a nice lady brought our food out after asking us to park and wait. I went home and realized 3 medium onion ring orders were missing. So I went back went in and explained to some young guy behind the counter that I just went through the drive-thru and ordered this I was holding the bag of rodeo burgers with the receipt on it and explain the onion rings weren’t there. He said well okay I can just give you some as if I was receiving something extra so I told him no I already paid for them and never received them. I had to wait a while while they fried more onion rings. And I said thank you and then I went home again took the food inside started to hand it to my kids and some of the guys that were working with us just to find out that instead of 8 rodeo burgers there was only seven I was genuinely so angry
It’s so annoying to keep bringing home cold food and missing parts of your order I’m having to decide who doesn’t get to eat so I called them and the person that answered said she was the one that filled the order and she’s positive she counted eight as if I was lying, she was extremely rude , why would I want to have to drive back up for one more hamburger I told her she was wrong there was only seven she argued with me enough I yelled and said no I’m embarrassed now for yelling and losing my temper and I’m just never coming to this place ever again over a rodeo burger that I paid for but didn’t receive

We stopped in at 8:20 pm on Monday Dec 29. A quick run in to use restroom and order and get back on the road. We were entering our order on the kiosk and I notice the touch screen coke machine. I asked the girl behind the counter if we order takeout can we still get drinks from the dine-in machine. I wanted a flavored lemonade which I thought the machine offered. She said yes . . The kiosk still makes you choose a drink. My bf put strawberry lemonade since the drink I wanted was a flavored lemonade. I notice her pouring a strawberry lemonade behind the counter. I said that I thought I could get my drink from the machine bc I wanted a flavored lemonade. She said not for strawberry. I am allergic to strawberries and I told her that. She was clearly aggravated. Did not offer me a new drink and was mad that I asked for a cup for water. She says”we don’t have the fancy scmancy mac hine with flavored lemonade. She handed our good and I said thank you. She didn’t look up or response. She was rude and unaccommodating.

I recieved a doordash order to be picked up by 5pm and delivered by 5:09pm on Thursday December 12, 2024. I arrived at 5 pm sharp to pick up the order. When I walked in the employees were all in the lobby talking at a table. There were two cooks in the back. I stood there and waited for someone to come help me and no one came. I waited a few minutes and then spoke up. A girl finally walked back behind the counter and I told her I was there to pick up a doordash order. I could see the order on the screen behind the counter when I walked in. 15 minutes later they packed the order. It’s now 5:15. I said this was supposed to be ready at 5pm, I was supposed to have this delivered by 5:09. The “manager” sluggishly walked by and said there is no guarantee to when doordash orders will be ready. I said “there was NOONE here when I arrived and everyone was standing around”. She rolled her eyes and said “I’m not dealing with this” and scuffed away to go sit back down at the table. That is her in the photo sitting at the table. I doordash to make ends meet as a single mother. I take pride in any job I do big or small. I have worked in the food service industry. This was absolutly unacceptable. They, including the manager, could not care less about customer service. I see why they are never busy. I will NEVER accept another doordash order from this Burger King again. I will NEVER give them one cent of my money again either. They need to take notes from ALL the other restaurants in town. I have zero complaints about any of them. I have have been doordashing in Charlotte since September and have never been treated so poorly by any other establishment. Everyone there should be fired immediately. My time is Money and theirs is too. They will put that place out of business with service like that. Zero stars.

I went through the drive through, by the time I got home (5 minutes later) my food was cold and soggy. It was difficult to order, that gal working the drive through barely let me finish a sentence before asking if that was it. Spent $35 on 3 meals, all were disappointing.

Just left the drive-through and the lady working the window didn’t hear our whole order… it happens… but the manager there.. I didn’t catch his name.. was wonderful and made it right. Thank you again

I’m not happy that Burger King has only like one or two employees working in Charlotte. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants it’s going downhill fast because they can’t keep employees the guys that are still working there need a raise. Because they’re doing the job of five people that aren’t so hats off to them. So figure it out Burger King we don’t want to lose you because you can’t pay your staff enough or keep people.
