Burger King is something else- you order a meal and they ask you what size fries and drink- you say medium because you think thats what a meal automatically comes with and then the receipt gives you sticker shock when you see an extra 40 cent upcharge for a medium drink and another 40 cent upcharge for the medium fry…….. why ask ask what size we want then if we order a meal- just give me what I ordered! If I wanted an upcharged bigger fry or bigger drink I would have asked for it! But then they’ll ask if you want salt and ketchup for free to make you feel better….. how about keep your salt and ketchup and just give me my meal I wanted without up charging people. McDonald’s meals automatically comes with mediums- not burger king. No wonder burger king is never as busy

I just witnessed a young African gentleman with dreads eating fries directly out of the fry bin as I walked up to the counter on 11/28 at 7:54 pm. I walked out. This was totally disgusting!!!!!! Very unsanitary!!

I go in because of the large trailer I am pulling. I see an employee sitting in the dining room. Go to the counter but so one to help/serve/take my order! Stood around flr about 2 minutes, but no one! Employee in dining room might have been dead based on her lack of consciousness. I walked out. Went to McDonald’s…. sad and pathetic…

Ordered a fry for take out. Got this from them. When I called and asked what was up they said I was lying and that no one would ever hand out a fry like that.
The girl on the phone was crazy rude.
They said they weren’t going to do anything about it and that this is a normal and totally acceptable fry.
They said it is very old so the fries shrunk.
Not acceptable I would spend your money elsewhere.

Lobby and restrooms were open.. unlike mcdonalds next door who had it all closed up. Lobby was dirty and no paper towels in the restrooms.

Every Burger King i go to seems to hire the slowest, rudest workers compared to other fast food chains. Fair prices are a good tasting menu to choose from, but it is so difficult to go to Burger King. Long wait time for food inside or drive thru the service is the same. I do not recommend this place as a first choice. There is an app, but this location does not participate. Last I knew, I stopped trying the app long ago. I rather like the breakfast double crossandwich bacon and sausage. I would enjoy one smile or “good morning” instead of “Be with you in a moment” every time. Why? Nobody else there except me. Service is the worst part of BK. That is an easy fix for me, I won’t pick this place first.
