Visited today, dine in. There was a new (?) person that was left alone at the cash register. The poor guy struggled… 5-6 times was looking for someone to help him. Two guys stopped a few times, but never helping him wrap things up for us. They just kept doing the drive-thru orders, and after more than 5 minutes (yes, 5+ minutes!), someone finally helped him complete our order. That said… the food was bagged (we were eating inside) before the order was paid for. I did ask for fresh fries as I saw the same ones being served from the time I walked in until our order was completed. Food was hot, and as we ordered. Thruout the order and while dining, there were shenanigans by the staff, then arguing and mentioning of corporate coming. This is the only BK in BC, Please get this store straightened out.

I’m a CNA so I work down the road and wanted food on my break at 10:15 and these mfs were so rude. And didn’t get my order right. Food was hot tho. But it’s like really? I wanted marinara with my Mott’s stix didn’t get any. Man I don’t even want them without the sauce

Faster than most BK locations these days, but you know those occasional tacos you from from Taco Bell where one bite is JUST sour cream, the next is JUST guac, the next is JUST beans, and so on? This place does that with their sandwiches after having fights with their buns (or whatever else causes a bun to be scrunched into half the surface area it’s supposed to cover.
