I am glad that they reopened this BK. They remodeled it pretty well. Every time that I go to this one the food is fresh and my meal is made right. Dine in usually is very clean. Drive thru is usually quick. The staff is pretty cool and the managers are pretty on top of things at this location. They have decent prices as well

The food is made well but the one female manager is always mean to customers and staff. We order from here quite often because it’s close the one day the worker slammed our drinks on the counter, threw our food in the bag than just dropped that on the counter. The guy manger is absolutely amazing and there is one cashier who is super friendly and nice

After more than a 20 minute wait with no apology or acknowledgment, a young man finally brought out our order, which was missing a burger, a toy from the kid’s meal, and one of the meals was wrong entirely. The young man couldn’t have been more rude or entitled. We completely regret spending money at this establishment. Never again. Train your staff.

Went here for dinner tonight between 8 and 8:30. Once I pulled up to the ordering screen, I was told to wait a minute. After a while, someone over the intercom asked, “Are you going to order or not?” I was confused becuase I thought I was the one who was told to wait. Rude.
After that, I continued with my order. Ordering a large for the combos, I got smalls for everything. And to top everything off, fries were cold and soda tasted extremely watered down.
Starting to think there isn’t a decent fast food restaurant in this town.

The manager was rude and pushy. I hadn’t even been sitting at the podium for a full minute (checking to see if they have the same deals that I’d seen online) before she kept interrupting me to order. Mind you, I was the only one in the drive thru. I had politely acknowledged her the first 3 times, thinking she might be hard of hearing but she was unnecessarily rude the 4th time, saying that she was “on a timer”. Again, I’d barely been sitting there for 30 seconds and I’m pretty sure Burger King factors in the time it takes customers to look at the menu and decide on what they want. She acted as if I’d been sitting there for 5 whole minutes. Just rude and unprofessional.

Got 3 large sized meals. Everything was hot, fresh, order was correct and there was ketchup and napkins in the bag!! Great, fast, friendly service and the food was on point.

horrible costumer service, there is only ONE person who is actually doing their job but they are also doing everybody else job because everybody else is very slow, sad and inconsiderate. the lady taking orders has no personality and doesn’t listen nor ask what kind of drinks you want she just assumed, and had to waste 2 drinks. when i walked into this “restaurant” i almost slipped and fell because the floor was so wet there aren’t ANY carpets for you to wipe your shoes on. we asked for our food to be dropped fresh and i watched them make our sandwiches in less then 2 minutes and of course they gave us cold chicken sandwich’s, i asked the young lady that’s standing there doing absolutely NOTHING to kindly get me salt and she says “sure” all sluggish and starts walking super slow towards the drive thru window and the man who is literally doing everybody’s job running around like a mad man grabbed the salt for me and handed me it because he knew it shouldn’t have taken that long.
