First time we ever stopped at this location I wanted to get breakfast for my son and I , I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant for myself we went to the park to eat and I opened my sandwich to find there wasn’t even any sausage on my sandwich, quite disappointing… its not like they were busy at the time and it is only a 3 piece sandwich how do you miss the main ingredient.. tried calling them and the line just rings busy everytime.. won’t be returning.

I’m sick to my stomach. Took forever for our food, and fries and nuggets were cold. Chocolate shake tastes odd, like it’s not even chocolate or a shake. Hershey’s shouldn’t put their name on that. Play place was sticky, dirty, and covered in cobwebs. Pro: kids LOVED the play place even though it was dirty.

I’d never go here anymore. They are worried about you stealing water from them. The Manager took my Cup and threw it in the Garbage before I could even ask for a refill or pay for a refill of water. What a Joke. Who does that. Good thing we Live in America…I also am not a fan of watching a girl get her bra snapped while working. That Old Lady who has been working here forever, took my Small Cup and threw it in the Garbage. If she was at my company, I’d fire her.

The older heavy set female manager here was very disrespectful to my children and I. As I walked away after she was rude to my children she proceeded to speak VERY loudly and disrespectfully about me to another employee. She did so sarcastically but in a way that was obvious she meant for my children who were still at the counter and I to hear along with the man behind them. She was out of line and had absolutely no reason to do so. Prior to her doing this my twins were excited to be there and order and pay for items for themselves. She did this and totally upset them and myself. When I said something to her about it she continued to be disrespectful and tried to argue. She refused to tell me her name saying ‘I have no name’ and she wore no name tag. In the picture she is the one on the right. My family will never spend another cent at this location ever again. She has ruined it to the point where we won’t return.
