Honestly super impressed with the food quality. We came in to check out the SpongeBob burger and other items. I have to say whoever made the food did such an amazing job. My picture doesn’t do it justice but it was almost picture perfect. Tasted just as good. Seasoned to perfection. In the past this location hasn’t been great but they seem to have the right crew today 12/6/25 around 4pm.

I order on the app for takeout and come in after work. The lady manager I usually see is super nice! My burger was wrong today and it was remade fast. They also let me keep the first one to give to someone at home. However, hearing how the cooks talk about the drive thru guests makes me nervous. All in all, I’ll still keep coming around.

3 nites ago I spent over 100 dollars and all my food was wrong and cold. Do not order from this Burger King they dont care. I ordered chicken sandwiches with cheese n bacon and tomato got nothing but still got charged!! I orde whoppers with bacon n cheese n no onion or tomato. Guess what still got onion, and tomato but no cheese and no bacon and cold as January. But still got charged!!! I ordered impossible whopper all I wanted was mustard no mustard but still got charged!!! This burger king is horrible and does not care about its customers or quality of food it puts out.

I have never been to a restaurant in the 40 years that I have been alive that moves so fast and efficiently. The people who are working at 1:37 October 15th 2025 have not been paid properly or enough. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant hands down in 40 years.

My brother and I went into the Burger King. We each Got the bacon king meal Our fries weren’t even cooked all the way, and our burgers were cold. Worst burger can I’ve ever been to and on top of that we asked for napkins and the lady said only give them a couple if needed for DoorDash. Never coming here again

I’m not sure what’s going on at Burger King, the skinny older woman taking orders this afternoon is EXTREMELY rude. I’m guessing she’s having a bad day or something. We waited forever for the wrong food, and didn’t want to wait forever again for the right food. I usually go at night after work, never a problem, but my son had a band competition and wanted a burger.

I came in last night on My way to the football game about 6:00 it was busy. It took about 30 minutes to get My order taken by the older woman in front Who told me there was no one to work, they will get to it when they can. Shortly thereafter That Same old woman is screaming into the kitchen for the little girl making sandwiches to leave because of an attitude. The loud Busy store was now silent and listening. The little girl said she’s trying but if you’d stop handing out the wrong stuff we wouldn’t have to remake it all, and then ignored the lady who was cursing and mad. This was a stressful situation for everyone, I only saw one other person working until another Lady came in and starting telling people what to do, apologizing to everyone, and telling people it shouldn’t be much longer, she’s just figuring out what’s going on. I’m not sure what’s going on at Burger King, but someone should get something together. I know they were trying with what they had, but yelling at customers for ordering food when it’s busy, and yelling at kids to leave wouldn’t be the way I would do it.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the manager that walked into the chaos handled it very well. If it weren’t for her it would’ve been 1 star.
