Came inside for lunch took me three trips back up get get my order done right. Food was dry and pie was melting . And if you sit inside all you can hear is there loud staff talking about work drama / bashing morning crew and some of the stuff should just not be talked about for a place kids come in 0/10 do not go

The men working on 1/20/2026 around 3:30 am were EXCELLENT! I tried to leave a review through the mybk experience but it wasn’t working so im doing it here. Fries were FRESH, onion rings FRESH, burger DELICIOUS. The guy who handed us our food and drink was so nice and sweet. Thanks boys!! Was a great lunch choice

I made a mobile order at 10:15 pm & I arrived around 10:25pm.
JASON “Manager” handed me my drinks. They were melted I asked him politely to remake my drinks and he was very disrespectful/rude and told me no, it is against his policy.
I don’t appreciate the attitude that he gave me.

Visit almost daily
Just ordered 2 croissants but only got 1. Went back around to speakers and employee asked manager for a second one. Manager said no. There is one Mgr who wears her hair in a bun and she is great so whoever can was Mgr this morning should be trained better. Won’t go back for swhile

I ordered the two classic chicken wraps and they tasted absolutely disgusting. Chicken tasted like it had been sitting for a long time and the smell of them make you want to puke. The only good thing was the fries were fresh. My daughter got a cheeseburger and she wouldn’t even eat the burger patties saying it tasted gross. Obviously they need training on how to cook food.

Rude customer service if you DoorDash for them, don’t expect a smile or even a thank you or you’re welcome. I hate delivering for this place. They’re always late on the food and they’re always rude. If I could give it a zero star, I would highly disregard this place.
