Ordered 3 Whoppers, that was all…$25! Which I understand is how things are these days, pricey. My complaint is for $25 why did I get less than room temp sandwiches???? There was no one in line, there was no reason to give me cold food. No I didn’t call, all they want to do is offer me more food. No thanks, I’ll never come to this location again.

I just wanted to share that I come to this Burger King often, I work close by and EVERY time I come and eat here the service is excellent! I have had a number of different people who work here help me and EVERY person EVERY time has been amazing! The food is great and you can I always tell when something has been prepared with care. Especially when you’re eating fast food! Great food excellent service!! Love this BK❤️

I decided to go to this burger king (allen rd in Taylor) because my normal one on eureaka closed. the first tiem i went the woman who took the order at the drive thru was very professional and nice. when i got to the window the guy seemd very agitated, didnt say one word to me except my total amount from the time i pulled up to the window, to the time i drove away. fast forward to like a day or two later , feb 12th 2026, i went again for my work lunch, again woman was nice on the intercom and got to the window and noticed it was the same guy again, he told me the totat, again no hello or anything, i paid, and waited for my food, when he handed it to me i said thank you have a great day. he SLAMMED the window in my face. thats UTTER disrespect and i wont be going back to this burger king. And ill make sure to share this experience with all of my peoples…… these young kids/adults need to learn some dang manners AND, OR, respecttttttt…………..

Horrible service, waited for 30 whole minutes to even get the food. On top of that the food I got were borderline burnt, it’s probably had been sitting there for hours and still were give out. The fries were red from the constant refrying I’m pretty sure. And overall lazy and inattentive service.

Place is dirty, the employee working drive through and front counter refused to speak up and mumbled so badly I could make out a single word. When I politely ask the manager for assistance I was ignored while she walked around picking up crap off the floor with her bare hands then started packing food orders without washing her hands. Never going here again
