Ordered online 25 minutes ahead. Got to the store and there are out of the items I ordered. All thats left of my order is onion rings and some mozzarella sticks . Still ended up waiting additional 15 after arriving. Avoid this spot…..

Ordered online. As soon as I got to the drive through a woman said “you’re gonna have to wait because I’ve got 4 people ahead of you” after 10 minutes of sitting at the screen in finally pulled forward. Sat another 10 minutes before the first car moved. I’ve worked for Burger King before. I could have gotten everyone out to the drive thru within that time with everything being cooked to order. It doesn’t help that there’s a completely different crew every time I come here. I’ll just go a mile down telegraph from now on instead of dealing with this.

This is a clean Burger King with clean restrooms and kind, efficient staff. The food is good and hot, the drinks are there. No hassles. Recommended.

I made an online order when we arrived we still had to wait to the side then we asked the guy to wait to make sure everything was there and he just walked away so I checked bags and saw everything was there except for the ketchup and dipping sauce we asked for so we said forget it and left to drive the 45 min home as i called the store which was pointless then my husband asked for his drink that’s when we realized he never got his drink so I called again and got disconnected called back was accused of hanging up and he just kept making excuses saying they only had 2 people ok fine but that still doesnt explain why the 2 of them were so rude towards us and he got snotty and said well what do u want me to do about it, you dont even live close, I was so angry I said forget it then hung up and when I hung up we realized we also didn’t get the 2 sundaes we were suppose to get and on top of that the burgers were burnt just like the last time we were there. I would have given them my address to mail a gift card to replace the 3 things but I knew there was no point because he would not have sent it anyways with his attitude. Will never go there again. They will b losing all my money cause we always spent close to 50 bucks every other week when we went.

God awful service. Went in after seeing the sign in the window for a BBQ brisket whopper, saw it on the menu inside, and then couldn’t find it on the self service menu. I asked the lady about it and she said, “no, it’s on there,” and walked away. It wasn’t on there. I got her attention again, after some effort, and told her I couldn’t find it and asked if I could order with her. After being obviously put off by, idk, having to do her job, she was also unable to find it on her menu. She asked another employee who informed her that as of today it was no longer available. She said, “oh, that’s why.” And walked away!!! Didn’t apologize, didn’t even ask if I wanted to order anything else. I went down the street to Wingstop at wick and telegraph where they have excellent service and am currently enjoying my lunch there. Don’t go to this burger king. They suck. Go to wing stop, they’re nice.
