I took my son to this Burger King location about 2 weeks ago on Sunday. Everything there was terrible! I ordered my son a kids meal & received no toy. So when I go back the cashier looks in the box then says we don’t have any so that’s why we gave him a crown. They had crowns on every table damn near. The fries weren’t hot at all. They were talking loud & arguing in the back. The pop machine was dirty also & out of various flavors while they’re in the back being loud. I definitely will never be back ever again!

DO NOT GO HERE! Middlebelt road in livonia. I went here today at 3:00 and went inside to order food. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment from any employees and even the manager they just kept talking to each other. I had to ask them if there was someone that was taking orders. They proceeded to say “the drive thru is busy”. Okay fine then tell me you cant take inside orders or put a sign up to say you cannot take orders inside at this time don’t just ignore the customers. This place is awful. The employees need some more customer service training or just common sense. You don’t ignore customers. The manager also said nothing to me and saw me still standing there. She just proceeded to talk to the employees. I will not be supporting this store ever!!

I’d give a zero! They don’t deserve 1 star! Ordered the sponge bob bundle, they put it all in a bag. Fries instead of the tots. Then threw the pie in the box. Sloppy! Food was ice cold. And when I told the employees they all were too dumb to fix it. $15 for the meal and it was sloppy, wrong items and ice cold! Trash!

Location 29211 7 mile in Livonia has to be the worst. I said I wasn’t going back, but was passing by and said hmm they can’t go wrong with breakfast. Well… I lied, I ordered the fully loaded croissant. Please explain to me how the croissant had grill marks but felt like it came straight from the fridge, the cheese was not melted the egg was cold, the ham was cold and the sausage was barely warm. That was a nasty sandwich then I ordered a large meal and was not given a large harsh brown. Ten plus bucks wasted. Very disappointed and upset I waited about twenty five minutes for bullshit. That crap don’t deserve one star!

Slowest Burger King in Michigan. I have been through the drive-thru 3-4 times and every time it takes them at least 2-3 minutes to even acknowledge you are there. It takes between 10-15 minutes minimum to receive your food. Unbelievable

Wanted to surprise my child with the SpongeBob whopper after her class. We waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. The cashier was nice and he communicated with me but sheesh.
This isn’t slander against the company, I just wish that the proper staff was available. Oh and there were no Patrick pies available so we opted for the Hershey pie instead.

I went to this restaurant on a Monday evening at 5:30 p.m. I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes, because that’s how long it takes at this location for some reason, which I was fine with because I understand that they have staffing issues, but no one ever acknowledged me. 10 minutes later someone comes over the speaker and says” I’m sorry but we’re not taking orders right now”. There was 3 cars in front of me, who all were able to place an order btw. I told the young lady that I have been waiting patiently at the speaker for 10 minutes and if they weren’t taking orders, why didn’t she tell me that 10 minutes ago. I could have driven to the other Burger King which was only about 10 minutes away if she had said so but she didn’t. Her response was, I’m sorry we’re not taking orders right now. We’re short staffed. My thing is that I have met the managers at this store and they’re very nice people, but if you don’t train your team, your weakest link will kill your business. ‍♀️

One star is being so nice. I would drive 45 minutes to not come here ever again
I stood at the counter for 20 minutes while the workers pretended me and the 2 people behind me didnt exsist.
Then the manager comes out of no where finished her phone call up in front of me and was like “what do you want” I was like yeah nooo. Im good and walked out.

I attempted to stop here and grab a quick lunch on my way to my second job. I pulled into the drive-thru just after 11:00 in the morning & was not handed my food almost 20 mins later. Management really needs to assess the process going on in the store & fix the issues. I can’t imagine how many people run late to their jobs over this.

I try very hard to give the benefit of the doubt, I overlooked the wait in the drive through, but what made me give a review was the fact they told me they were waiting on my onion rings, I get home its 5 cold old onion rings. If u dont have any more just say thst.
