I normally don’t go to Burger King but since I haven’t been in a while I thought I would go today. I get home and thank God I checked my sandwich and there I found some type of nail in my sandwich. I called the location so it wouldn’t happen to someone else and was put on hold and never addressed . This is a serious matter and I will NEVER patronize this establishment ever again at any location!!

Asked for 2 whopper juniors. There were room temperature and looked like they were made by a 5 year old. There was no one going through their drive thru…that should’ve been a hint. The McDonalds and other fast food places were packed.

Placed a mobile order at 6:50pm on a Saturday. The place clearly appeared open and the app suggested the same. No one answered at the drive through speaker and I couldn’t see anyone inside. A few minutes later I get a receipt and confirmation message “that my order was received.” Came back 2 hours later and this time someone actually said they’re closed and confirmed they “open” when I placed the order and would need to be refunded through the app.

Went there today, the staff was very disorganized. The trash was over flowing. We waited over 20 minutes while customers that came after us got their messed up ordered before us.
