I made a mobile order and pulled into the drive thru, no cars were in the drive thru. The lady asked me what my order was and I told her I had a mobile order and gave her my name. She asked me to pull to the first window as my order wasn’t ready, okay no problem pull to the first window. Someone flags me from the first window telling me to pull forward so I do. Lady hands me the drink and food bag I asked for salsa for the burritos she said it’s already in the bag okay great. I pull off after finding the salsa ready to enjoy the meal and low and behold it’s not even wrapped into the burrito shape more just like a taco and then it’s not even warm cheese is still cold, sausage is barely warm, hashbrowns aren’t warm just very overcooked. Couldn’t even take a bite I just threw everything back into the bag. Such a disappointment

Burger King — Lincoln Park, Dix Rd near Southfield Rd.
Before driving out, my son called this location and specifically asked if the SpongeBob milkshake was available. He was told yes. Based on that confirmation, we drove 25 minutes in 17-degree weather.
When we arrived, we were told they did NOT have it. That is misleading information given directly by staff, not a misunderstanding.
This reflects poor training, lack of accountability, or both. Customers should not be encouraged to travel based on false availability—especially in winter conditions and with children involved.
Burger King corporate and regional management should review this location’s phone practices and inventory communication. This experience was frustrating, unnecessary, and avoidable.
I expect better from a national brand.

Came here around 9:15 pm to get something to eat, I was starving after doing DoorDash orders on my bike. Luis was quick to greet me and take my order. The food was sooo good I will definitely be back again. I came up to the counter and asked for small onions rings and the lady said “how about a medium?” with a smile and I didn’t even have to pay for it! 5 stars

I wouldn’t post but looking at the other reviews I need to. I had to stop coming to this and most Burger King locations. I live nearby. It was almost 10000% a manager on DRUGS. She just kept repeating “welcome to Burger King where you rule” and I’m trying to order but she wouldn’t stop saying that, and asking me to repeat myself lol. The food is always gross. Obvi been sitting in the trays forever. Sadly, nobody cares. So what do you expect.

Went through the drive-thru order two chicken sandwiches cut in half and a large Coke no ice I get to the window ask the lady or the sandwiches cut in half the last time I bought them they weren’t she says yes they were. She hands me my drink and it has ice in it I told her the pop was not supposed to have ice she rolled her eyes at me as I tried handing her the drink that I did not want she says you can keep that and continue to pour a new drink with noise I said thank you and she didn’t say thank you she was upset that I did not get the order that I wanted. Rude lady.

Got home (2 mins away from this location) to eat into a freezing cold soggy chicken fry that tasted like it was made at 4 pm for dinner…. Mind you it’s 9 pm! Not only is that DISGUSTING it is how you get people SICK!! This location will be closed soon. Probably another franchise owner that can’t even speak English who could care less! BEWARE!

We couldn’t get any service. Waited in the drive thru for a long. Nothing. So I went inside and still no one came to the counter. The lady in front of me gave up. Said everyone is working on the soda machine. So we all left. We went to Wendy’s for food.

If i could i would give a zero I would. I wanted to try there tacos because they looked really good on TV and the ads. Look at this picture and tell me would u eat these tacos or give to ur Family? Y’all should be a shame for even serving this. The shell was hard as a rock, nothing inside the taco but sauce and i don’t know what the other is, it look like a tsp of smashed beans.. What happened to the meat, cheese, tomatoes, & lettuce?
