I recently visited the newly reopened Burger King on State Street Store #6101 in New Albany, Indiana, and I was thoroughly impressed! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful inside—spotlessly clean and very well-designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I loved the convenience of the self-order kiosks, though it’s worth noting they only accept card payments, no cash. The freestyle Coke machine is a fantastic touch, and it’s great to see that they still let customers refill their drinks.
The team was incredibly pleasant, and I had a wonderful interaction with the general manager and assistant shift lead, Brittany. It was the perfect stop for breakfast before heading to church, and I’m thrilled to have this spot in New Albany. The renovation really adds something special, and I’m sure it’ll be a popular lunch destination for the community.
All in all, a fantastic addition to the New Albany area!

This is solely based on my drive through experiences. We have not visited the dining room since the remodel. The food is always fresh and made to order. Crew is also very friendly during each visit!

Since this Restaurant reopened their service has improved 100% I think the new environment has brought the best quality out of the employees and the service they provide as well as their food quality! Had an excellent meal here today and we will be back!

Today November 30 at 5:30 I went there and they try to not give me my correct order now the food is getting real cold waiting on a crispy onion whopper to me made again because the worker there thought by us being in the dive-thru and pull off that we wouldn’t check our order. Bad night time service intolerable attitudes from employees I dnt trust them making my food safe to eat!

I, of course, got my favorite Impossible Whopper Burger! They made it with EXTRA EXTRA LOVE! Quite possibly the best Impossible Whopper my little taste buds ever had the joy of tasting. Adding cheese to it is a must, if you haven’t done it by now!
A big ole shout out to the crew that works there!! So happy! So welcoming! They all seemed to get a long and get work done at the same time! Give them ALL a raise!

Probably the best location I have ever been to. Food is absolutely on point every time. They work hard to get your order right, always double checking, and the staff is very friendly. The interior is clean and it looks like they take very good care of the place.

I have a problem with there hamburgers they repeat on me all day long if they are cooking a little longer no problem with them .my husband like to go there and I have gotten there chicken sandwich but not very good ( not enough chicken and not enough dressing but love Thierry fries.

I ordered 2 Whoppers with no meat (because I’m vegetarian) and they really HOOKED ME UP with all the veggies and sauce needless to say I was SO happy with my order! The girl Jackie was the cashier, and she was really funny! Any place with cheeseburgers I get without the meat, but usually they (McDonald’s) forgets the cheese, or onions or don’t give me enough stuff for my sandwich, but Burger King really made sure I would get full and made sure I was happy!! I’ll gladly keep coming here. I’d like to thank the cooks especially for making my sandwich’s so great!

My French toast sticks were undercooked. I feel they were not even cooked a little. They were not edible at all. I tried to call and report it to the location and was unable to get ahold of anyone. And I had two orders of the 3 piece.
