Avoid this place after midnight, the service AND food is terrible.
I work late so I like to stop for a meal on the way home, the last couple times I’ve come here it’s just been a waste of time and money.
The older woman that seems to be in charge at night practically yells and rudely asks “mobile or doordash?” and then gets irritated when I said I had a mobile order and told me it’s going to be awhile because I requested bbq sauce on my whopper jr and “they have to remake it special”.
My food was cold, I didn’t get half of my order and I seem to have gotten someone’s trash, it was just an empty half eaten bun with no meat in it wrapped up like a burger.
Seriously, the service is AWFUL and the employees after midnight are SO RUDE

Ordered this at about 2am for my 3am break and I can’t even eat, I called they picked up the phone and hung up then I called again and the phone was off the hook. I don’t understand how they would get a cooked patty mixed up with a completely raw one. My lawyer will be contacting the store manager very soon

I’ll definitely be hitting this location more often on my way home from work. Amari is the name of the nice lady that helped me at the window, & I can’t remember encountering anyone so pleasant ever in a drive thru! She seemed happy to be there, made fun passing conversation, & honestly made my entire night better! Always refreshing to deal with pleasant people!

I took my grandchildren. We had a very long wait. Most of our orders were wrong. The two employees at the front taking orders were wonderful. The people in the back were yelling at them, rude and obviously incompetent. A person near us had to keep sending their sandwich back 4 times before they got one with just meat and cheese.

The food was good but the service was ridiculous. My pickup order was composed of three items but one of them, French fries, was missing. I did not discover that it was missing until I had driven far away. I had to drive back to complain about it. The response from the staff was, so a french fries was missing what was the big deal?

Ordered online two regular chicken sandwiches with tomato, lettuce, cheese and extra mayo, junior whopper with cheese and two large fries. Took them back to the hospital where a relative is a patient and found no cheese and very little mayo on both chicken sandwiches and both sandwiches the buns were burn black on the inside. Horrible. Also, it was dark at 5:30pm and NO parking lot lights or outdoor building light were on. Pitiful and scary. I will never go back to this place. $28 for garbage. No idea what the whopper junior was like because we lost our appetite after the chicken sandwiches.

Told me they only take DoorDash and mobile orders and then got mad when I placed a mobile order, don’t yell at me because I did what you told me to. The taller woman who was working November 7 night was wonderful but someone needs to talk to the shorter older woman how she speaks to people.
