What has happened to customer service in fast food? What is wrong with people that think a paying customer doesn’t deserve what they are paying for? We ordered 2 whoppers. 1 whopper, light everything thing. Instead it was 1 tomato and gobs of condiments and the meat was not cooked all the way. The other whopper, ordered heavy everything. Instead it was heavy lettuce, and 1 tomato. The soda I asked for was not the correct soda. In fact it tasted like a mixture. I went back and asked for a different soda. I told them about the burgers. The guy said they were out of pickles. I asked if they were out of onions too because they didn’t put them on. We paid for the extra. Why not tell me you were out before I paid? I feel restaurants are serving cold slop anymore which is why we rarely eat fast food. BK needs to hire better management.

Most of the time I get good service there, and good food. I get a lot of coupons in the mail. However, just today the person speaking to me on the intercom for my order in the drive through was rude and gave me a hard time for no reason after an innocent question. Did not know that they could take two coupons at once, which if they couldn’t it would be dumb anyways. They sometimes don’t talk to people right.

Out of a bakers dozen doordashes I’ve been to this store, they’ve never once had my order without some kind of an issue. THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!!! It’s the worst burger king in the Royal Oak/ Berkeley/ Birmingham area. Don’t waste your time going here.

I got excited because we thought we found a burger king that made the strawberry lemonade. But when I got it, it didn’t taste either. When we went back to let them know we had the wrong drink the lady kept telling us it’s strawberry lemonade. I seriously thought they gave us a frozen cherry. If your customer is telling you a drink that is made fresh daily doesn’t taste like it’s suppose to. Especially to the point it taste like a whole other drink go get a cup and taste it before you tell them other wise. Definitely would not recommend this burger king.

There was only one car ahead of me in the drive thru, waited forever for that car to get a small order. Assumed maybe they were dropping in fresh fries, nope, when I got my fries they were cold and unsalted. My chicken sandwich was an older patty. The cashier took my card directly from me, then she left my card in the reader for an excessive amount of time, while she took 2 more orders. The napkins she put in my bag were torn up.

Im really surprised by the low rating. I Have nothing but good things to say about this location. I always recieved great service on each visit. No attitudes and no wrong orders at this location. The only thing I’d complain about is the wait. It’s a long wait EVERY AND EVERY TIME i come here. The good thing is the food isn’t cold. If I have to wait, my food should be warm.
