Hands down the worst food from any BK I’ve ever been to. They either had it sitting under a heat lamp for hours or microwaved them. As seen in the pictures, and this was right from the drive thru window. Will never spend money at this location again!

The staff working this location are great. Everyone is professional and nice. The food is always prepared quickly and it’s always hot. The remodel took some of the fun and life out of the building (everyone is doing the terrible minimalism trend, but it’s soulless), but overall a good experience at this location.

Since when can I not have the jalapeño cheddar tots with my whopper meal? Seriously! I have never in my life not been able to get the tots with my meal. I asked the drive through girl when this changed and she just said she don’t know and that management was uptight. I do not care how uptight management is, I would of paid extra if needed but that wasn’t an option either. So I decided to get the onion rings instead and those were even cold. I guess this proves why I haven’t had bk in such a long time, I’m angry about the food and service bc I should be able to have it my way but not if I go to the bk in New Baltimore.

I hadn’t eaten all day.. I rolled into Burger King at 11:57 PM, not knowing they closed at midnight. Instead of eye-rolls or a limited “we’re out of half the menu” speech, Sammie treated me like it was noon on a Saturday. She smiled, told me I could order anything on the menu, and made it fresh like it was the very first order of the day.
That kind of kindness and patience at the very end of a long shift deserves recognition. Sammie didn’t just serve food: she served humanity at its flame-grilled finest. Corporate, take notes: if you’re looking for the definition of customer service, it’s Sammie at 11:57.

In the past several months, the Burger King in New Baltimore on Green Street has been terrible. The food is always cold, to the point where the cheese doesn’t melt. I had the Whopper, Jr. And once again, it seems as if it was left out for a long period of time without the heat lamp. Isn’t meat supposed to stay at a certain temperature???? I have gotten food from there at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is the only time in months that the food was hot…..and I eat in their parking lot!!!!!

Don’t eat here has animal poop on sandwiches it wasn’t edible made me feel sick. The food is always gross here id rather go somewhere else than end up.sick from ingesting mouse or rat poop or whatever was on the bottom of the burger.

The slowest bk, I’ve ever been to. I understand staffing is short, but waiting 45+ minutes is crazy. Wait times were an issue even pre covid. Rarely see employees wearing masks.
Edit 11/20/21: Used the drive thru to order a kids 4 piece chicken nugget meal. They gave her 2 ghost pepper nuggets and two gross cheesy tots. Regular cheesy tots aren’t even on the menu currently. So not ok. They lost our business for good.

I had to get extra barbecue sauce with the fries since there’s no taste or flavor to them. The bacon they put on the hamburgers is essentially very crispy.

Orginally, I was skeptical of coming here due to previous reviews until I realized half of them were over a year old. I decided to take a chance and go through the drive-thru while the parking lot was pretty much empty. I was calmly greeted by the staff and they took my order beautifully. I ordered the 8pc. Chicken nugget meal with a large fry and a medium drink. I received my food within minutes, and it was piping hot. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the chicken nuggets were a little dry, and the staff seemed a little caught off guard when I first pulled up to the menu. Otherwise, I had the typical normal drive-thru experience.
