I asked for a medium spider verse meal. They gave me no spider man cups because the spider ones are only small. Okay understood but mention that to customers then they gave me 2 spiderman cups after i drove back and no lids. I worked at burger king as my first job and its not hard to pour the coke for customers instead of making them do it then not give them lids. Horrible service and I dont understand why people of this generation dont know how to work and the lid wasnt closed all the way and the drink spilled all over me. Clean your cups before handing them to customers. Also my fries are so cold and stale.

Ordered the new Bacon Whopper Melt and opened it up to see the bread to not even be toasted and it to be soggy bread. Extremely disgusting and was a waste of money. This location suprised me as I haven’t had many issues from here before but this is unacceptable
