Very disappointed, they had the spicy chicken fries on the menu but said they were discontinued. My sandwich was also disgusting. My cousin who is also my girlfriend was very upset with this which resulted in several arguments when we got home.

The only reason I have one star is because to put a review you have to at least put one star. This location gave me red meat two times. Once with sausage pink inside for breakfast. Then a cheeseburger pink inside and cold meat. I will never put my money in this location again.

First off, the service at this location is extremely slow. I placed a mobile order for dine in. I watched for over 30 minutes as customers who walked in or went through the drive thru had their orders made one item at a time. I had to wait even to get my drink order. Once they finally called me up I asked for zesty sauce and was made to feel like an inconvenience. I then went back to my seat and took a bite of my sandwich finding it was not to appreciate temperature.

So to start, the wait was insane. There were only two other people waiting and I stood there for an hour. I wasn’t really paying attention and apparently the cashier had said something to me. When I got confused she said I was being disrespectful but then smiled and said “but I won’t argue with a customer.” then just pretended like nothing happened. I still don’t even know what she was mad over. They gave me the wrong size drink and I ordered an impossible whopper which was literally burnt to black on the edges. Usually I never write bad reviews because I have respect for fast food workers and know it can be hard sometimes, and I don’t like to complain about small things. However, this was probably the worst experience I’ve had in a burger king.

After waiting 8 minutes for someone to take my order at the drive-thru, I finally drove up to the window, but before I could say anything the attendant rudely asked what I wanted. I said that your comms are down, I had been waiting for someone to take my order, and he replied: ” yea we’re busy” ,next time wait in line you messed up my orders ” I sat there speechless, I thought I was the customer, and here I was being scolded by a young man.. I will never go back to Burger King again .

probably one of the worst restaurants in town with the worst staff. every time i go, there’s nobody else except maybe one other person there, and the wait is still an hour and actually sometimes even more and the order is wrong every single time. staff acts as though they couldn’t care less about customers and it’s almost as if they’ll just hire anyone on the street. insanely shocked that this place is still up and running.
