I didn’t enjoy the food at this BK here in Bedford, IN as it tasted under cooked like it had been sitting for long while. Id highly recommend just going to the grocery store this BKs food was trash. The customer service was great but was not a fan of the food

We sat in & had our veggie whoppers with lettuce, tomatoes,pickels with some fries. They have great music & it’s clean inside. They even had a old skool couch in there which was different. They also had some cute squish mellows of a burger & fries at the register which was a great idea.

Normally this is a decent Burger King, my son and I often stop here after getting groceries. Yesterday our experience there was extremely lacking. We went through the drive through, I placed my order for a meal, asked for it medium and then asked if they had frozen root beer. She was polite and said no they only had frozen coke and Fanta. I asked what flavor the Fanta was and she said it was mango, so I said I’d try it. I then said I wanted another meal, same as the first, also medium but with a cherry coke. She asked if we wanted it frozen I said no. We get to the window, they give us a cherry coke and a few minutes later bring us a small bag with one sandwich and a large fry thanks me and starts to turn away, I explained we should have another meal and drink and she starts arguing with me and continues to argue until someone who appears to be a manager comes over and takes control of the situation. I get out my card because I realize they had also only charged us for one meal, I pay and wait. A couple minutes and the previous woman brings me a bag with just fries and again says there you go and starts to turn away, I stop her and explain I still need a sandwich and frozen Fanta. This happens again when she brings me my sandwich and still no drink. So I tell her again I still need my drink and she starts arguing with me again. The lady I assume was a manager tells her she’s got it and hands me a frozen drink that I later realized was coke which I can’t have. Needless to say we won’t be back soon.

The food is good but not enough employees for the rushes they get so it gets aggravating to sit and hour in drive thru with screaming kids and you have no way of getting out of the drive thru once your in it there needs to be an emergency exit or something.

I pulled up to the menu board this morning, 6/8/23, at 7:15 am. I was promptly greeted by your employee informing me they were NOT open yet. Your restaurant opens at 5:30 am every morning. But apparently only when they can drag themselves out of bed. This was the second time this has happened to me. Both times it was after 7 am. And here I thought nobody could be worse than Hardees.

Drive thru was fast, even considering the line when I went there. Staff was upbeat and not rude. The food was hot and fresh. I would come back if I have any more trips through Bedford.

This place has a thief under their employ. Kali Enochs stole a mother of two’s debit card information while Kali was working at Hardee’s and used it to buy Starbucks and transferred twenty-five dollars to herself claiming desperation when there is NO REASON GOOD ENOUGH TO STEAL FROM ANYONE!!! She WILL do it again, do NOT eat here!!!
