Apparently, the store nor corporate, doesn’t care for their customers. The following is all I all I have heard from them! This store lost me as a customer from any BK!

Comments: Went thru drive thru, Bedford has 2 drive thru lanes and only had a drive thru open without menu screen while the 2nd has a screen! When I asked about menu options, I was requested to come inside where menu screen was working fine! If I wanted to go inside, I wouldn’t be in the DRIVE THRU! They lost a family order today and possibly for quite A LONG TIME! When there’s many fast food options, uncaring service is a business killer! I DON’T HAVE THE MENU MEMORIZED! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS STORE; Wendy’s was more than happy to get my $50!

First and foremost, I am mot complaining about this store. The lady that helped finish the order did a fantastic job. TRACY is a top notch employee.
What I have to say is the Burger King business model is lacking on any form of customer service, and when a problem comes up like today, its hard to yell for help with the new building style. You will not survive with no customer service. And if a customer is wanting to pay cash, impossible!!!! The kiosk orders make that virtually impossible without help.

It’s says it was verified 2 weeks ago that burger king is open 24 hours. I just went over there and they were closed SO that being said it was verified correctly. Please fix you page with correct hours for both dine in and drive thu.

From order start to order recieved it took over an hour. While waiting all I heard was bitching and complaining. The front of store was filling up and still no orders coming out. That manager needs to be taught how to do her job. She is very incompetent in this position. There was no apology for making people wait as long as we did. The only person that was considerate was the young man that came in at 6 pm. He came to the front and apologized to each person as he hand orders. This took place on December 4, 2025. I placed my order around 5:30 PM and didn’t receive order till after 6:30 PM. I WILL NOT RETURN THIS STORE. To make customers wait like they did is ridiculous and employees should not be going out back for smoke breaks while customers are inside and drive thru waiting for God knows how long to recieve their food.

Normally really good service on nights except for tonight. Woman on drive passive-aggressively asked me if we could place the mobile order before we got there so they could “prepare”. She asked me if I could pull around to the front of the parking lot and a man limping brought the food out. He was really nice, though. All of the other people that are normally on drive have a much better attitude and are just nicer than her regardless, but tonight was just very bad with her.

The workers deserve around of applause, they’re always polite and friendly. The orders are never wrong and if they don’t have something they communicate with us. They’re great workers and deserve a great view. Good job guys! Best burger king in Indiana.

‼️UPDATE FOR 2/24/25‼️I have taken my stars down to a 1…two reasons why… (1) their croissant breakfast sandwich is still really good, and (2), it won’t let me give a zero!!! My big complaint for this visit is with the order of biscuits and gravy that I got! HARD AS A ROCK AND COLD!!! I have included a video of just how hard that biscuit was.
Completely inedible and a waste of my money!!
The gravy also looked a little funky, like it had separated or wasn’t made properly! The hash browns were also too crunchy from overcooking! I wish I had just went to Hardee’s to start with. BK, you just keep disappointing ..DO BETTER!!!

Original review: Used to love BK, but about like every other place, they’ve gotten skimpy with their food. First off their burgers have gotten exceptionally smaller over the last few years. Now they seem to be getting stingy with their gravy on the biscuits! I went the other day and barely had enough gravy to cover the top of the biscuits. They used to be totally covered with extra gravy in the bottom of the tray. Now all you get is a dry biscuit basically. Very sad that these places keep charging more and giving you less.

Drive thru was quite slow. They might have been training new people, or maybe the car in front of me was just slow. Food seems smaller than last time I ate here, but it still tastes amazing.

I come through drive thru for a sausage biscuit and received a biscuit with a hamburger patty on it. I called and the lady I spoke with apologized and said she wrote it down to be replaced for me. I come through drive thru two days later to collect that item and was told I had to come inside. I come in and when I ask the manager why I am being made to come inside to get a sandwich they screwed up he told me so he can make sure im telling the truth. I let him know what happened, “he had to go check his book again”. I told the other woman standing there not to worry about it. I won’t be back.
