We love Burger Kings grilled Burgers! They were great! Double Cheese Burgers & a Triple Whopper. This visit was excellent, but partially a result in a visit the previous Sunday night when we somehow did not get the completed order in the drive-thru. When I called the store & explained the error, Manager Kaitlyn was extremely helpful & offered to correct the error next time through. That was performed Friday night where the crew was informed, helpful, & cooperative. This pleasant crew took my order, and also presented us with the shorted sandwiches from the previous order. Great service! Happy customer!

So after ADDING to our order at the window some stain with a “FML” tattoo on his neck (I’m guessing to be a mgr) tells us “did you add to your order at the window? YEAH, DONT DO THAT!” UM, are you fn kidding me? I’ve worked in the restaurant/ hospitality industry and this blows my mind. This jackass needs to be IMMEDIATELY REMOVED from this company if they want to retain any shred of dignity! I would leave negative stars if possible! We have a HUGE family and will be spending our money elsewhere from now on, I highly suggest you do the same!
