I went through the drive up about 10am, 08/23/23 near PRMC on the north side of Fort Wayne and I experienced one of the most pleasant fast food drive up window employees I’ve ever had in my life. The young man was very friendly, used words like “please”, “thank you”, “have a nice day”, and the order was right, too. He even smiled and made eye contact throughout the fantastic all but brief exchange. He definitely deserves high praise and a promotion!!

I placed a mobile order that said error so I placed a regular order at the speaker and paid cash for my meal. I checked my bank account and the mobile order ended up going through for $13.90. I contacted support and all they could give me was $5.00 credit… I’d like the rest of my money back that they took from me.

The crispy chicken was anything but and was both dried out and mushy, not even sure how that is a thing. The whopper my husband had was good and classic. But the ketchup tasted off. Service was nice and friendly and area was mostly clean.

For a gas station and restaurant combo right off the highway not to have a baby changing station is ridiculous… We were going to spend money at both places and since we couldn’t change our son we went across the street to Lassus where we knew we could. Love Burger King but definitely won’t be back to this location.

Not good! Crew were lost! They had no idea what they were doing. My onion rings were way old and hard as rocks. I watched a worker come in from smoking and didn’t wash her hands before walking to the line and start putting orders in a bag. I mentioned something about this to the manager and she just looked at me like I was an alien and just said ok thanks. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Ordered a whopper w/o tomatoes and one without onions and small fries. Because they were special orders we knew they were made fresh. The buns tasted old and were very dry. We both took about 3 bites and could not finish. the fries were ok but really needed salt and ketchup. Spent $17.00 on a meal that wound up in the trash and should never have been served. Won’t be going back.
