specifically asked for no Jalapenos on the new maple bacon bbq burger. Got home and low and behold whole Jalapenos on the burger….i also didn’t receive the water i asked for. when i make it back to the store to have them fix my order they then proceed to mess it up a second time some how. As i was waiting for my refund because they don’t deserve my money, they proceed to mess up about 3 others orders in the 10 minutes i waited. Then they had the audacity to try and shove me out the door like driving to the store is completely free not to mention to hour of my time between first order and time i got home. if i could go lower than a 1 star i totally would. Congrats, never returning to this location.

We are BIG fans of the Angola BK. It’s one of the best around. We enjoy frequent dates there for something easy. On 10/13/25, we had the displeasure of dealing with the manager “Dee”. That woman is so damn rude. Constantly interrupting us while we are ordering, asking questions we were going answer.
We then go up to pay, and she is just scoffing and shaking her head because we paid $21 in ones, and they weren’t all facing to same direction. We had to sit there while she organized all of them. I know it pissed me off, and the line of cars sure didn’t appreciate it either.
I’m going to try and not let one bad experience ruin the good place to eat. Just really sad that we are in times where places have to hire help like this in order to stay open. Dee sure as hell has no business being a manager. I feel bad for the people who work under her.

Ok here we are again!!! I truly hope the owners of this franchise see this unless they just don’t care the the employees here! If I could give it a zero star across the board it would be there.
There were no people in the drive through or the rest of the parking lot for that matter…should’ve seen the signs…
But my wife and I pulled in, ordered an original chicken sandwich, medium fries and a regular whopper…not too complicated for the place being empty. Girl the took the order was rude and didn’t seem to want to be bothered with taking our order. Then we get up to the window and she is chewing gum and on her phone!! My wife held out her debit card and 2 minutes later after she was done texting the girl snatched it out of her hand. The food came, SOGGIEST FIRES I HAVE EVER EATEN!!! Whopper felt and looked like it was microwaved after it was assembled…wilted lettuce, half a pickle slice..ridiculous!!! The chicken sandwich where do I begin??? I would say wilted lettuce but the was only one very small strand on the whole thing, mayonnaise??? What mayonnaise??? Wife took a bite and spit it out as the chicken was MAYBE lukewarm!!! We had already pulled out of the parking lot and were headed home or I would have returned all of it in a NOT SO NICE manner!!! I guess this what happens when you let irresponsible teenagers run your establishment!!!! No wonder the parking lot was empty!!!

One of my favorite fast food places. Except lately I’ve noticed that all Burger Kings are under cooking their fries, and their fries were one of the main reasons I ate there. They used to be the best ever. I don’t think you can get away from this as I’ve eaten at many and they are all undercooked for some reason.

Went through the drive through to get two whoppers. For how much these cost now be nice if you could get an order correct. Whopper went straight into trash due to pickles being added. Some people can’t eat certain items and when orders are wrong you just can’t remove an ingredient.

Burger King is my guilty pleasure! A whppper with soda and fries is just about perfect. Maybe it’s the way they flame broil the burgers. Whatever it is, it totally works for my starved taste buds. The staff are prompt and effective, the establishment is pretty clean.

They forgot my hash brown gave me a sandwich. I didn’t pay for the sausage biscuit. I can’t stand sausage. Forgot one of my sandwiches when I pulled back around. They gave me the sandwich they forgot and gave me $5 in the bag and said here’s a free meal…Went to eat my sandwiches, they were hard and tasted really old. Bacon didn’t even look to cook. They said their reward system was down. So i went in manually to my phone with the receipt for the code to put in it was ripped off couldn’t even enter it in. Over all I don’t remember this place food was horrible and old and they will forget your food and charge you for food you didn’t order. Just to throw money in a bag an hand it to you

Absolute worse experience ever, this is the 3hd time I had ordered food and was not told they were “out” of something and just put on it what they want. I ordered 2 fully loaded croissant meals and this is what I got! Get to work open it take 2 bites, go back and was told “ we are out of the reg sausage patties these are for the burritos! REALLY! Then the least you could do would be put 2 on there for the price you charge for a meal! Or even offer a dessert/free sandwich something! I WILL NOT be back to this location, it has happened numerous times.

Avoid Ernie at the Angola, Indiana Burger King
I had a terrible experience with a staff member named Ernie at the Burger King in Angola, Indiana. He was extremely unprofessional, with a clear attitude of arrogance and entitlement. Not only did he act like he was above helping customers, but his behavior was also inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable. A manager should be setting a good example, not acting like this. I would not recommend interacting with him if you want a positive experience. It’s disappointing to see such poor leadership at this location.
