Don’t know why I did this, but I decided to order GrubHub this evening. I should’ve known better but definitely learned my lesson. I swear these people just gave me some burgers That they just had sitting around. What I got as a burger was not at all what I ordered. Was a little upset considering I paid $20 for one meal to get delivered to me. Everything on my receipt was exactly as I ordered. Just not my food. I wish fast food workers put a little more pride in their job, but I guess that will never happen as it keeps getting worse.

Ordered online as I have a few times lately. Specified my order like I always do. Woman on the speaker was speaking very fast and very loud. When I pulled up she yelled from the kitchen to ask who I was. Order was made completely wrong. Fix her and avoid dissatisfied customers.

Go here if you’d like to be yelled at when the person taking your order enters it incorrectly and you ask them to correct it. Also, she seemed to get really upset about answering questions in the correct order. $23 for mean, rude service. never again.

I came in after church. I noticed they were very busy. They were calm, polite, and patient in spite of being noticeably short. There was an error on my order. When I can back and told them it was no issue or attitude, simply kindness. A kindness I needed on a day like today. Thank you to the 3 ladies there today

It’s so rare to get hot food if ever! Even when you ask to have items made fresh. In particular the original chicken sandwich and fries. Crazy that a fast food place tries to convince you they care by asking your name….for a drive through….but not deliver quality food.

I don’t know why this place is still open. Walked in to get a bag of ice took over 30 mins. Smh got sick from this place 2 years ago, I see nothing has changed. Where are the owners? I was told by a man from corporate they were going to cha ge out the employees I see now that was a lie, nothing has changed. Eat elsewhere. Employees walking around talking loudly as if they are not at work doing whatever they want, took forever fr someone to assist me.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have ordered online most days this week trying to give this location a chance to get something correct. But every order was messed up in some way or another. Apparently NO pickles means EXTRA pickles. Choose another location or another food chain if you want to customize anything or add condiments that they don’t read on order. Photo shows what was suppose to have no pickles and extra onion.
