After paying $18.18 for the SpongeBob meal my burger was cold and meat tasted old, like the meat was just setting there. The bun was hard as heck. I already accepted that they didn’t have the strawberry pie or the topical for the pineapple smoothie. This is just unacceptable. The cheese bites were perfect tho.

This location is very clean. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Had quite a large order with special instructions on quite a few of the items, got our order fairly quickly and EVERYTHING was correct!! Bathroom was even clean! Definitely would recommend this location as we frequently visit this location.

Placed my ordered through drive thru and it was pretty slow. The burger was okay and the chicken sandwich was good but a little messy. The burger buns tasted a bit old. It was a long wait for two sandwiches and fries and and it wasn’t even busy. The Staff wasn’t that friendly.

The first and last time I order delivery, my receipt said clearly what I ordered but once I open the bag there are completely different items. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and chicken fries instead I got two bacon king sandwiches which I don’t want.

STAFF MEMBERS are not trained properly MANGERS included the staff is very rude if your order is messed up making it seem like your trying to cheat the system I don’t gaf about no BK I CARE ABOUT MY MONEY if I’m not gonna get what I paid for your gonna do something to fix the problem and AUSTIN the manager and some white lady he works with both managers are very unprofessional!
