You never know if your food will be fresh, hot and tasty. If I could have it my way it would be meat would be fresh, buns would be warm, cheese would be melted from the heat of the patty. Fries would be just out of the fryer with sprinkles of fresh salt. Lettuce and tomatoes would be cold and fresh. Mayonnaise would be in the center of the bun or enough sauce to taste. Am always nervous to look through a drive-thru window because it always looks a mess. Just has me wondering if the counters are clean or not. Six out of 10 time staff are friendly. For the price we pay I wish they would value the quality they give out. Look at the picture. I hope that’s not anyone’s Patty on the floor.

I order fresh food however , our experience was unfortunately affected by the manager’s attitude. They were quite rude and dismissive, the rude comment of “it’s not cold” which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service goes a long way, and I hope this is addressed because the rest of the staff and the food were fine. With better management interaction, this location could be much better. I will not recommend this location. Go to the one located in Mishawaka

This has to be one of the most terrible Burger Kings I’ve ever been to. I can’t take it when the the employee asks in the drive thru after each item i order “anything else?” After the first item I ordered she asked that, I told the woman I had several other things I intended to order she still continued to say after each item “anything else?” As I got to the window and paid, then got my food, they still managed to mess the order up. 2 of the items I ordered was 2 double cheeseburgers. She rung me up for whoppers. So they had to refund me due to whoppers costing more then double cheeseburgers. I also ordered a chicken fry meal, an they forgot to give me the fry with the meal. Employees ought to be trained to not ask “anything else?” after each item you’ve order. In my opinion that’s rude. I feel as if they’re rushing you to complete your order despite the fact they aren’t even busy. I most definitely won’t go back to this location.

Just went through Drive through and whoever is hiring here is doing a good job! The staff is all so kind. Dorothea taking orders and the woman taking the money are so so kind.

4 out of 5 times in last 2 years I’ve ordered here I’ve asked for no mayo, only to have mayo on it. I love Burger King, but this location is the only location that can’t get right.

On 9-7-25 this was around 5:00 I was standing in line for a longtime inside a couple with there children they paid for there food with 100.00 bill the crew cut manger or whatever he was he had on black I sent a young lady in the back to get changed the person that came from the office arguing with the guy he can’t change it he already did the drawers I guess the guy was trying to train the young girl she disappeared after giving the guy the hundred dollars in meantime the guy in black stated he couldn’t change it either just arguing over the money they had 2 people on the grill in the meantime there was 2 ladies watching them they were in there when I came in I feel they shouldn’t arguing in front of customers let me remind you I’m still standing in line to make a order there someone ahead of me In the meantime that would been another wait the place wasn’t clean that day everything was unorganized not professional in a burger king matter so I left drive thru had a long line it seems like they was short of help plus this guy i guess was trying to train plus do the window and get the food I was very disappointed i love burger king but that day it really was a disappointment because it was busy employee arguing over the money in front of customer regardless if they are the boss or supervisor or work in the office nobody couldn’t compromise and solve the issues so I left disappointed

Went through the drive thru and sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before someone asked what I wanted and then when I pulled up to the window the associate kept confusing my order. From start to finish I was in line for over 40 minutes, absolutely ridiculous!!! I would not suggest this location

I do alot of door dashes, uber eats, and grub hubs from this location. Sometimes I order for myself. James and Alex are very politel,kind,and attentive . 9 times out of 10 I’m in and out like a robbery. If I have to wait its not very long.
