Need to allow people who ride bicycles to be able to go thru the drive thru not all of us can afford a vehicle. So if the lobby is closed then we dont get to eat because you won’t allow a bicycle to be able to order

I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through to be told, there was not enough staff to take my order – come inside. Why not just close the drive thru? Went back to work without lunch. Thanks Burger King Napanee

Went through the drive thru and my order was wrong. Went inside to address it, and two team members reached for the sandwich. I slid it across the counter, and one female team member became upset about it. Started mocking me, saying it was no reason to cry, and on my way out to me next time don’t “throw” it at her. I SLID it, I did NOT throw it. When I pointed this out she yelled at me that they had a camera and she was going to tell her manager. To top it off as I was leaving one of the team members from the back came outside and took a few steps towards me before I drove away, as if there was about to be ANOTHER confrontation over a “slider”. Food is good, customer service is the worst I have experienced in years.
