The associate was lovely, very nice and friendly and greeted us with a smile. The fries were awful and overpriced at almost $3. Yes, the actual flavor was not nice at all therefore, no matter the cost the price is still too much when we spend our money hoping for something delicious but get the opposite.

Hours are hit or miss. The store frequently has signs up that they are closed early. Drive through takes a long time when they are open. I sat at the speaker for over 3 minutes waiting to order and when I called out to see if I had been forgotten, I was met with a rude response of “I said I need a minute.” There are plenty of other fast food options in the area. Everyone is seemingly short-staffed, but there’s no excuse for rudeness.

We are here around 3:30 PM. No one in the restaurant or drive thru. Still waited 5 minutes to take our order, we could see the help on her phone texting. At least the fries were hot.

Convenient location. They were short-staffed but the service was very good. Everything like condiments, utnesils, etc. are not out so you need to ask for them. Restrooms were pretty clean.

Man how customer service has gone downhill. We seriously waited at the speaker for 20 minutes just to get horrible customer service. The lady working was soo incredibly rude. It’s unfortunate! I used to like them but it seems like every one I have gone to in the last year is terrible anymore. I was really hoping for better service this time around and it was the worst!

Never ever make the sandwiches like they are suppose to be. Seriously even when they are not busy sandwiches are always substandard. Little piece of onion, ketchup on one small part of the sandwich thrown together never ever proper amounts or placements of condiments. Like a child put them together. Untrained I can do a better job of making their product, not kidding.
