I had been craving BK for months, it looked slow but I went in and Cali at the cashier was so helpful kind and accommodating! I asked for fresh fries which she made happen I got the original chicken and a whopper Jr.! Everything was fresh and turned out exactly how I wanted! Bathrooms are clean, dinning room is clean and cozy and the music was great! Thanks guys I’ll be back for sure! ❤️

Absolutely best service I’ve ever had from Burger King genuinely, Scott . He was super nice, patient, attentive, and even offered us additional items after ordering! I almost forgot he acknowledged it takes a while since it’s just him and it’s a snow storm but he still offered drink while we waited! ABSOLUTELY CINEMA SCOTT IS “HIM”‼️

Honestly one of the worst burger kings Ive been to for service. Watched the cashier look into space as I gave him my kids order. Was out of toys? And out of the kids meal apple sauce.The food is burger king so I mean, its fast food. The place is remodeled and one of the nicer ones ive been i side, maybe its different on the day shift couldn’t tell you.

I ordered a breakfast meal because they weren’t serving lunch yet. My sandwich that I got was so dry the biscuit I couldn’t even eat it and they had a bunch of food up there. I was already there when I got there and they gave it to a customer it’s been sitting for at least 20 minutes. I couldn’t believe it I wanna wear. My sandwich is nasty so I waste nine dollars.

I have tried multiple times! Got bundle pack which comes with 4 orders of fries and or onion rings get only 2! Order hot fudge sundae get a pie. Order a whopper get a chick sammich. This establishment is absolutely terrible!!!! Go to McDonald’s or Culver’s this is ridiculous

Absolutely disgusting. First off, it’s 7pm and there lobby is closed. Then, there’s literally no other customer and they tell us hold on. My husband eventually says I just have a DoorDash pickup and a girl says pull around. We sit there for nearly 10 minutes, she (platinum blonde haired short girl no hair net with glasses) never opens the window to say anything. Then the guy – taller, black hair and tattoo sleeves is literally grabbing fries with his bare hands and putting them in the fry boxes. Then he comes around and wipes his greasy, salty hands on his pants and puts the lid on the cup. She grabs the bag and I told her that’s absolutely disgusting that he was doing that, he looks at me and just stares and she rolls her eyes and mutters “sorry” and shuts the window. So rude and gross. I HOPE the GM and Area Coach sees this.
