Line was really long. Asked to wait to order. They seemed overwhelmed. When I got to window. One person took my card, one gave me the food. Then no one gave me my drink so another girl gave me that. Just a terrible location. Service is awful, food is awful. NO accountability when they screw up even though prices go up service and quality go down at this location. Burger King should take their name off the sign because its damaging their brand. The photo is supposed to be Mozzarella Sticks and a Whopper I ordered last week……See what I mean?

There are 3 people working in the store and not one has a clue what is going on. I came to pick up a DoorDash order and after waiting for 5 minutes the girl behind the counter leaned her head into the kitchen and said “I need food…lots of food” and the lady in the kitchen acted like she had no clue there was a line of people waiting in the drive through or that I’m standing in the lobby waiting. She had NOTHING on the grill and wasn’t even near it! I have been here for at least 15 minutes and the cashier just told me I could have a seat and she will let me know when it’s ready….not to mention it took me 8 minutes to get to the store and they still hadn’t even started it. I won’t be accepting any more orders for this location. Staff needs retraining on how FAST food works.
