Family of 4 here. 2 adults and 2 kids under 5. Came by one evening for an easy later dinner and it was pretty slow. We were the only people In the lobby and there were a couple cars in the drive through.
My sandwich was cold. One of the kids meal cheeseburgers ended up actually being a double bacon cheeseburger. Not complaining about that on our side, but I feel sorry for the person who’s expecting that and only gets a regular single.
But, we got our food pretty quickly and they gave us our cups even before that.
The part that super unimpressed me was the music I heard coming from the kitchen. Explicit music. Not only were there customers in the lobby, there were KIDS. I get that they may have had a long day, but it wasn’t even 7pm yet and they were playing NSFW music that could be heard in the lobby.
2 playlist rule, guys- one that you like that’s safe, and one for when the lobby is *closed*. It’s easy. You don’t get to decide if someone else wants to be exposed to that.

I promised myself this is my last time going to this Burger King location. I’m always left disappointed and still hungry. This time was the worst. My burgers were so cold the edges of the meat were crusty from sitting out so long. The nerve of them to send this food out. It’s careless. If it was their food, that they payed their money for and a cold old meat burger came out I’m sure they would be just as upset. I couldn’t even go back because it was an on the go food stop. So I was left with no food and no money back for the inedible food. Customer service at this location is dead and gone. A whole day later and I’m still pissed. Save yourself just go to a different location.

Let me tell you this I am leaving this Burger King today on December 18. I have never in my entire life been treated the way I was just treated over a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I paid for two items. One of them was Edible. The other one wasn’t so I took it to my child and the other one I should decide to not to feed to my child so I decided to go up to the place and get a refund. I didn’t want the sandwich any longer because if you chose to serve me the sandwich not Edible I don’t want another one She started to give me the refund as I try to give her the sandwich and she said she doesn’t take anything back through that window. You serve me the sandwich this way. She stated to me that she cannot give me a refund without the whole entire order back so all I did was say who do I speak to them because I don’t have the entire order now I only have the sandwich that was not edible. So she starts to be combative and I told her I’m a very professional person so I’m just trying to expect Customer Service here. It makes it very clear that she will only make me the sandwich again because I don’t have the other part of the order here so I asked basically who can I talk to about this because the sandwich is not even edible Toyq this is why I brought it back which she didn’t like it so she decides to tell me call the number And I asked her what number is thatand she slams the window wow . I was nothing but understanding when I first sat in a line for 10 minutes and then to be treated that way Was a heck of a way to start my morning thank you Burger King

Ordered a vanilla shake. When it was handed to me it was so liquidfied it spilled onto the outside of my car, coat and other items in my vehicle. I tapped on the drive thru window and asked why this was this way? The young lady said that’s how it always is?? NEVER has BURGER KING sent me a shake that poured like water. She then just closed the window and turned her back. Didn’t offer up a solution or give me a chance to ask if it could be substituted for something else. Customer service is EXTREMELY POOR when there are no ADULTS are working.

I never eat Burger King won a gift card and decided to give it a try. NEVER AGAIN!!! The food was terrible. Hash browns were hard and overcooked. Sausage biscuit had an awful taste and texture. For was discarded after first bite. The worker was very nice and helpful.
