Worker has attitude and sad face as if I did something to them or they are racist very Awful would not come here. Was treated wrong just for asking the crusty smelling manager (lady ) to put a sticker on the bag so it would not rip from the top from being heavy she put 2 stickers on the little bag for no reason but big bag needs 3 at least not just 1 it’s like she wanted me to spill it and why not put the straw in the bag I’m wrong for asking for something so simple and easy I could of done myself

If I could give negative 5 stars, I would I go into the drive too order 2 cheeseburgers? I get home, which is, you know, 1520 minute drive. And these are so disgusting. So I drive all the way back up to the store, and I say if they’re gonna be the same. Just give me my money back. Refuses to do anything to help my situation. Very disappointing and unprofessional

Food is either cold or it tastes like burnt dirty grease! They forget some of your order so you have to pull around and go in. The place smells dirty, not sanitary at all. It’s a shame to see this place so dirty and there quality is poor!

They can’t get an order of fries right. 3 times I’ve been thru there and have to explain I want a value fry. They ring me up for a large then attempt to fix it at the window and still ring it up for a small fry. I don’t want to pay almost $1 extra for 2 fries. I wish they would get it straight.

It’s B.K. the drink station is ALWAYS – always a sticky – sloppy mess ! Almost makes you cringe.
So today I had to ask for fresh fries because they were definitely not fresh and just lightly warm. Seemed to put off the manager – but I deserve hot food. They were NOT busy – but the manager was running the drive thru and the counter. Once she took my order and money, she moved to the drive thru window to deal with a customer complaint and my sandwich sat in the warmer area for at least 8 more minutes. The fries had been made and were hot – and I still stood there waiting. I counted 6 people working and no customers in the dining room. No sense in such poor customer service. I hesitated to even stop there today. I bet next time I just keep going… Seems like the employees are always complaining amongst themselves about something and they don’t seem to care who hears them . I don’t want to listen to you crying about your lack of hours or who is going home at 3pm that day or who needs to stock lids and cups …. It’s been a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience the last three times I stopped there to eat.
