This place is wild. I’m a trucker. I’ve stopped here many times, but it’s been a while. I thought for some reason the last time I had a bad experience but I couldn’t remember so I ordered anyway. I took the food to go and one of the things I ordered is nuggets. When I got back to the truck I went to give the nuggets to the kid but they were completely raw in parts. They looked disgusting. I took them and told him I’d get new ones but he said he didn’t want them anymore. I took them and showed them to the young lady and said I wanted the refunded. She said they don’t do refunds. I said that’s ridiculous. Another girl came named Sofia and she looked at the nuggets. I told her I didn’t want them and requested a refund. She too said they don’t do refunds, she can make new ones if I want. I said I don’t want new ones and she shrugged, said okay, picked up my nuggets and threw them in the trash and walked away. I told her to give them back (I hadn’t taken a photo yet) and she responded they’re in the trash. I said I knew and to give them back and she fished in the trash. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I asked how to contact her area manager and she told me to go talk to the TA manager, so I went up to the TA fuel desk and spoke to 2 guys there. They were very helpful and couldn’t believe it. One guy called the owner of the franchise and we walked back to the Burger King. When we got there Sofia got a phone call. She walked away for a couple moments then came back, opened the register, and angrily handed me a $5 bill without a word and walked away. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ The whole situation was unprofessional as heck. I gave the $5 bill to the mechanic who fixed my trailer air leak as a tip and wrote this to remind myself next time I stop to not spend money at this Burger King.

This is probably the worst Burger King I have ever experienced. I only leave negative reviews when the experience was really bad and this was. The food was cold when I received it and the order was wrong. How can you screw up a 6 piece chicken nugget and a small fry? Well, they did. The girl working the register was rude and inattentive. When I attempted to use my Burger King app she said “We don’t do the app.” I said okay, then she short changed me and when I pointed out she still owed me 4 cents she said “We don’t give pennies” even though I saw pennies in the cash drawer. The food was extremely overpriced…almost $12.00 for a 6 piece chicken nuggets, small fries and a small drink! The restaurant was also very dirty and definitely needed cleaned. This is obviously a very poorly operated restaurant.

Train your morning crew. How to use the Burger King app? They say they don’t use them here. They don’t have the software in their system, which is bs. Because I’ve used it in the daytime during dinners and lunches. But your breakfast crew says they can’t do the software system.It’s not there for the app got out to the rig and my food smashed tater tots thrown in a bag.

Just like any typical burger king restaurant but what I saw this morning was unprofessional. A woman coming to work in cut up jeans. I get it it’s fast food but the whole reason why pantst work is to be professional. I love burger king but not st my next rest stop

We did the drive thru, tried to order a salad and was told rudely that they don’t sell salad. We let them know it’s on the menu, but instead of apologizing and saying they’re out, they kept staring rudely that they don’t sell salad. So we asked why it’s on the menu, but they just kept staring that they don’t sell salad even if it’s on the menu or not. Worst service. What happened to have it your way?

Not the biggest BK but it is efficient and the staff was quiet but very curteous. It is inside the ta truck stop so it stays busy for the most part. My order was filled fast and properly.

Wish I could give it a zero my order was messed up the first time I asked for the sourdough melt with no onions they put regular bun on so I went back in then they fixed it went back to my truck and they asked me before I leave if it was no onions and and I said yes and I get back to my truck and there is extra onions smfh!!!! Then I tried to call multiple times and they just hang up the phone!!!

The host Jordan was amazing. He greeted us with a genuine smile, said good morning and asked he we were doing. As we sat and ate our food he smiled and greeted everyone the same way. We need more people like Jordan working, he made our day better. Y’all are lucky to have Jordan working for you, pay your employees the way they deserve. Thank you Jordan your one amazing person.
