The manager actually yelled at my friend for Because she complained about 2 people getting They are food in front of her. We were getting their new wraps. The manager said that the chicken was too big for the wraps. And my friend watched the guy rap it about 10 different times and ended up that we got chicken cut in half and put on 2 different wraps, it was disgusting.

I’ve lived in Hamilton my whole life and burger king has always been one of my favs but this one here on main St in Hamilton is disgusting and certain employees are very rude and seem extremely bothered by customers. The young girl who ‘helped” us yells out”I’m going on break” and just walks away from us and out the door while they are very busy at the time. I mean very busy! She had quite a rude and disgusting attitude.

So, I recently swung by Burger King to satisfy my cravings, and let me tell you, it was quite the feast! I went all out and ordered the Spicy Royal Chicken, along with a large fry and a generous 9-piece Chicken Fry. Oh, and I was supposed to have a big ol’ drink, but that somehow slipped their minds until I showed them the receipt. Oops!

I used to go here almost everyday few years ago. The quality of food has went down hill tremendously. The last 6 times I was there, if anything had breading, it was over cooked with a burnt taste. Fries are never fresh, I mis the original grilled chicken sandwich. The new crisp sandwiches are not good.

Went there today for lunch. Parked and went in for a sitdown meal. Waited a few minutes. There was no one at the front counter. The associate at the drive through was busy with drive customers, but noticed me waiting. She continued to help the drive-in customers, never alerting anyone else. I continued to wait a few more minutes than yelled a thank you to her and left. Never have I had a fast food restaurant treat a customer like this..

Girl working drive thru was extremely rude. When we pulled up to pay she didn’t even put our order in. We spoke to manager who did nothing. We decided to leave, as we drove past second window that rude girl hit the window load enough we heard her as we we driving by. I will never return to this store again. I strongly recommend she be released from your employment. I’m positive there will be more complaints due to her attitude and unprofessional behavior.

Burger king has one of the best hamburgers in town. The only hesitancy I usually have is cleanliness. This location was once a no-go for me but they have cleaned up a bit recently. My personal recommendation is a Whopper with onion rings. The fries are also decent. My second favorite is the chicken sandwich. You can’t go wrong with either.

It was good but I don’t think I like the Whopper anymore it was so dry the bread was so dry and of course I eat mine playing with onion only it was just not any good anymore. But the staff is excellent.

Thank you for being open late. Im really reviewing because the polite employee that handled my drive through order was so nice. I personally eat late because of my schedule and literally if there is no food to cook at home the stores are not open anymore and it’s you or tacobell on the west side.
